I ordered a Swiss Vetterli die-set on the website of Tecmagex. After waiting for a couple of weeks without any updates on my order I contacted Tecmagex but there was no response. Months later I contacted them again, still no response. Eventually I canceled the order and asked for my money back, again no response from them… They took my money and never delivered anything. Don’t order anything from them!
Shipping was initially free, then you will receive an email asking you to pay shipping costs. are they quick to forward that link and respond. would take 5a7 days to ship with track and trace. then nothing more month goes by nothing you send emails no more response they sent several emails nothing. Now I have to get my money back through legal means

Recently purchased a new Lyman Pro1200 tumbler. Unfortunately it did not work. Contacted Tecmagex by email on 3 separate occasions, to date just automated responses promising to contact me in 24-48 hours, still waiting 12 days later.
It would appear that they can deal with orders but customer service is sadly lacking. As it stands at present I will not be placing any orders with this Company again.
