I had the misfortune to deal with Ben Adams, we went through the various interviews for the role and the feedback from the recruiter was always very basic and cagey, however, I was told that they were happy and putting an offer together, at that point I had another offer and made the recruiter aware and I was told the offer would take a couple of days. After chasing I was told they offered to role to another candidate! I was about to turn down the other offer! AVOID!!!!

Not a great customer experience at all from Sahil. No communication from him in 5 days regarding a position he called me about. No updates from him at all. As a person that has worked in recruitment, it is vital to keep your candidates updated. This didn't happen, luckily for me, I don't have to carry on waiting for a reply from him as I have accepted a role elsewhere!!!

Impressive experience had with TEC Partners, specifically Elliot. Fast turnaround from being put in front of a great company & role to then being offered that position.
