Mixed results
The product works very well on areas where there is enough hair left to make it look 'natural'. The shade is a tad darker than expected and also a little warmer in tone. On the crown area where hair is minimal it isn't suitable and i did have a slight sense of irritation from the product

I have had a bad experience as my order went missing because of the mistake by the postman
I have had a bad experience as my order was kept near the bin by the postman which went missing when i went home in the evening on 07 July 2017, as mentioned in the postal card. I telephoned your customer service department on 10 July 2017 and told them that the parcel was missing and I have not given any instruction to leave near the bin and it is a very busy street. Your team was very helpful and they maintained the quality of the company and sent me my orders by registered post which was delivered on 11 July 2017.

Discovered this about 3 years ago. My hair was thinning and as an Elvis tribute artist i was having to consider buying a wig. Finding this product saved me the expense. It is excellent in covering balding areas and giving my hair a more natural look than a wig. People don`t even notice from just a couple of feet away even when i tell them i`m using it. I highly recommend this product and would not be without it.

I have tried all different more expensive brands and TecTrich is best so far. Only thing is you can't tell from the bottle how much fibres you have left. Other then that TechTrich is a top quality product.

So far so good - just use it on my fringe as have frontal fibrosing alopecia - I then spray with strong hair lacquer - I am a copper blonde so I chose Medium Blonde which seems okay. Really pleased so far - will prob order more

I placed my order on Sunday afternoon …
I placed my order on Sunday afternoon and did not receive my order until Thursday which I had to travel to the Collections Office to collect which was not a nice experience for me as I was just home from hospital and not feeling well I felt I paid the Next Day delivery charge for nothing.

I've checked our records and you placed your order on Sunday 2nd April. We dispatched your order at 8.59am on Monday 3rd April by Royal Mail special delivery (we cannot dispatch on Sundays)
Delivery was attempted on Tuesday 4th April (next day) and as no one was able to receive the order it was sent to the Royal Mail collection office. As stated you elected to collect on Thursday.
I'm sorry you think this is disappointing,but if we could dispatch on Sundays we would!
