Superb Product & Service
I've been impressed for a number of years on how Ted Todd have grown as a business from a smaller manufacturer of rare find products and then into the mass market with affordable and unique looking Engineered Wood Floors. My favourite without doubt is the Warehouse collection with the stunning series of hand scraped colours in both planks, herringbone and chevrons (I have the superwide plank that looks great). When you look at their rivals in the industry I can't see past what these guys offer and will continue to recommend all their floors to everyone looking for a superb wood floor that will last the test of time

We are very happy with our antique…
We are very happy with our antique reclaimed oak flooring. We live in a 17th century property and we were installing underfloor heating to the ground floor so wanted something that looked authentic in engineered flooring. After scouring the market, Ted Todd were the only company who could meet our requirements. The flooring compliments the original features in our home; we’re thrilled with the results.

Having looked for a number of months

Amazing reclaimed floor
I recently had a Ted Todd Reclaimed floor fitted. It looks amazing and has transformed my house. The people I dealt with were friendly and went the extra mile. It was a very expensive purchase but one I’m over joyed to be the owner of.

When looking for a new floor finish…
When looking for a new floor finish there is so much choice,I looked high and low and finally came across a wood flooring company called Ted Todd .The advice I received from my local store was first class, a huge selection of different finishes and colours to choose from.Once the home visit was completed,my new fleece herringbone was ordered and installed the following week.The fitters worked long and hard stopping only for the occasional cup of tea ,the final result is breathtaking.I highly recommend the Ted Todd team,thanks again for a great job.

Beautiful Quissac
“We found our Quissac floor at their Design Centre. Both ladies that served us were lovely and so patient too after 2 visits. They let me take samples away which helped. They recommended a shop in my area that specialised and they did all the measuring and fitted it lovely too. It’s a beautiful floor and it’s surprisingly warm to walk on in without anything on your feet. I would highly recommend going to their showroom as there is so much choice.”

The difference is there for all to see!
I wasn’t going to buy a wood floor because I wasn’t all that inspired by what I had seen. Then I was shown the Ted Todd Floor displays. The quality is very good and now my Hall and Dining room looks different class!

I visited the Ted Todd showroom in…
I visited the Ted Todd showroom in Warrington after moving from a Victorian property Into a new build. I had heard about the company from a friend but was concerned that the look might not suit a new build property. I wasn’t prepared for the extensive range of options that I had and I have to say the service and guidance I received was second to none. I have found the perfect floor that has the quality that I wanted but the contemporary feel that I needed in such a modern house. I would highly recommend

Poor quality and poor attitude.
Ted Todd present themselves as suppliers of a premium product. It isn't, and when things go wrong, they refuse point-blank to stand by their product. We spent many £'000s with them, only to find that the underlying ply delaminated within months of a very careful commissioning. They just weren't interested and made every excuse in the book, including getting rid of their inspector who came to visit and who'd agreed immediately that it was a fault with their flooring. If you value anything approximating quality and service, do not deal with this company.

Be careful
Be careful. They Installed my floor a few months ago. Wood arrived but wrong colour threshold. The Ted Todd installer told me not worry as he would inform his head office and someone would promptly install the correct one. I also communicated the issue on the feedback sheet that he took away. I have since emailed them as they have failed to contact me.
Two and a half months later the issue is unresolved.

Awesome floor
Awesome floor (Fleece) and great service. Completely transformed a couple of our rooms. Very helpful customer service after I got the measurement wrong (twice !)... nice company to deal with. Well worth paying a bit more for flooring like this.
