Disgusting how sites like this can be set up to scam people!!

I never actually bought anything but I wondered why and how they can sell a £200 aircon unit which retails at around £500. Website looks good and whois register shows as possibly legit. Was really tempted to buy one but PAYPAL was the only payment option and free delivery was sort of a red flag for me so decided to look on trustpilot. Glad I did as I now keep my money. Only buy from a recognised store like currys or a proper aircon supplier.

Wish I'd of looked on here before ordering. Ordered for my elderly neighbour. Took ages for confirmation to come through,plus no tracking number. Was given 3 points of contact for this company from the bank.. Email don't work, telephone number don't work. Have to wait 15 days before I can dispute thru bank. Shame on you so called Ted Tool. Hiding behind a screen!!!

The website has disappeared now and the product has not reached me. I have reported to reportfraud.police.uk

its a scam website , plain and simple - i bought a aircon unit and it never arrived , lost £200

i tried to purchase an air con unit on the cheap, TEDTOOL looked like a legitimate website run by shopify which i had used before, paid with Klarna, and made the first payment, received an email saying order had been confirmed and would be in the processes of delivery soon, you'll never receive it, when i checked the payment details it was to some company called ETS BRIFFAUT, (RED FLAG 1) checked the website now been taken down (RED FLAG 2), looked on Trustpilot and saw all the reviews of it being a scam (RED FLAG 3), i am now in the procces of trying to get the inital payment back wich could take as long as 3 weeks, !0 days for non receivement of goods, 5 days to investigate, and if succesful 7 days to reurn thee money.

Scamming son of a b*tch!

And Spotify or “SHOP” are not helping!
Nor is my card issuer!

Bought an air conditioning unit. Recieved email with order number. Contact details don't exist. Rang bank got to wait 15 days for Visa to sort out. Big scam. Wish I had read reviews first.

I too brought an aircon unit today trusted shopify then when no confirmation email arrived I looked at reviews called bank and told to wait 16 days incase they are genuine!!!

Scam company. Phone number is fake.No properly registered domain name just a generic shopify store front. Their business address for all their huge amount of stock is a small house in Bristol. Not a properly registered UK company.

I brought 2 air conditioners today when I just clicked on the link again it does not exist this is a scam my sister and brother also ordered one each .

Trusted shopify as had used them before
So did not check Tedtool before ordering 2 Aircon units. Money taken from my account. Have got to wait 15 days before bank can raise dispute and hopefully refund me? SCAM, Shopify should be ashamed. Will not use them again

This company is a SCAM. I can't understand how they can get away with it. Have to wait 15 days to report to my credit card company.

Omg so glad I found these reviews, was looking for a air-conditioniing unit, was concerned they were all in stock, has everywhere else they were out of stock..tried ringing wrong number..scam
