Ordered two beakers on 27th Nov 2023 tracking useless says tried to deliver 1st Dec I was in all day no delivery. DO NOT WASTE YOUR CASH

CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXSIST!!! I PLACED AND PAID FOR AN ORDER ON MARCH 6, 2021. I HAVE RECEIVED EMAILS SAYING MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED 60 DAYS AGO ASKING FOR MY REVIEW WHEN IN FACT MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED. I HAVE EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES WITH BOGUS RESPONSES SUCH AS SORRY FOR THE DELAY, GIVE US A FEW MORE DAYS. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND WILL REPORT TO FACEBACK IF EITHER ONE CARES. $40.OO LESSON LEARNED.

Beware EXACTLY what you are ordering from this site. First order: A grand daughter canvas wall hanging. The order was correct but it took FOREVER to arrive and was late as part of her 1st B- day gift. The tracking e- mails went back and forth between the same 2 facilities for weeks! How does that happen? Second order: Blanket for newborn grand daughter ( i should have known better) She has Turners Syndrome. A purple butterfly represents that. When I ordered my SHERPA blanket , a thin fleece arrived. I paid $59 for this, plus shipping. When I e- mailed to ask for exchange a generated response of NO! came back. No further responses from them. Silence. I am disappointed, embarrassed actually to give her such a thin , see through , scraggly blanket.

This site is a malignant cancer on your e-mail. If you ever order one thing from them you will forever be deluged with their ads, and nothing you do will get you unsubscribed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I have ordered from this so called company several times, I have never experienced this issue, it has been a month and a half since I’ve ordered and when I contacted customer support they continued to send me the same bs email that makes no sense as to why I haven’t received my order some crap about the shipping department and technical difficulties okay technical difficulties shouldn’t take a month to fix!! Save your money or order from somewhere else.

This is not normal! These people are still in business! I have been humiliated by this company! 3 orders within weeks I received one shirt out of 4, 0 shirts out of 8, and 4 out of 5.
Christmas gifts, I ended late giving them because I had to go to stores after the holidays. I begged them to send my orders. How could a company get away with this?
Because they were bought from a 3rd party I have not got any refunds. Please beware they will get you.

I ordered 5 shirts since Nov. 27th, and I just received them on Jan. 15th. This is totally unacceptable. I contacted several times and they send me the track number that never had a date for my shipment. I asked them to cancel my order and send me a refund, but they didn’t do it. I had to wait almost two months to get my order.

Tried to cancel one of my orders the next day because it went through my bank twice. They would not let me cancel and you can not contact anyone by phone. When trying to contact by email they don't give an option for my issue.

I ordered 2 grandma fleece blankets. They arrived today and are horrible. The colors have bled and and there are spots all over them. I tried to file a complaint but I can't submit a photo of the problems. I would never order from them again and am ashamed to even try to give them as gifts. They were not cheap and are not good quality.

This company is a scam had they been in the UK someone's legs would be broken by now buyers beware total rip off merchants.

I ordered two shirts beginning of May 2020. Spent close to 50. I received one shirt today 6/2/20 with a note saying order fulfilled. I’m calling the bank to get 1/2 my money back. I will never order again.

I ordered 2 items April 14th I understand COVID-19 has slowed everything down but I am livid by customer service My items were to be delivered May 15th On the 20th I emailed this company telling them I filed a complaint with USPS who informed me they never received the package! I emailed the company and tried to file a complaint with them but the email I received said to check with the post office again! I am out money and a Mother’s Day gift! They are no longer responding to my emails

This company has HORRIBLE customer service. I sent an email to ask to be taken off their text message list. They sent an automated email back saying they would get back to me in 24-48 hours, and that was 11 days ago. Have not heard ANYTHING and I am still getting messages. Very frustrated! Do not expect an answer to any problem you may have.

I already wrote a review about a week ago. I ordered June 21st, 2019 and I am still waiting. Now there is a UPS #, They went from t-shirt place to ILL. #1 to ILL. #2 to PA. #1 to PA. # 2 now it is in transit to where ever? They want me to change my bad review. I wouldn’t have even put a star but had to to write a response. What a scam. Ordered May 4th..just received July 18....and the order is WRONG. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. AGAIN...DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

This company do not even deserve a 1 star. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! The 2 shirts I ordered the first week of May never arrived. I contacted them by email three times and left a voice mail for shipping status and I have not gotten any reply. This is a SCAM!!!

waited 60 days for the tshirt! Its horrible. Its not a relaxed tshirt like in the picture. its a mans large box type t-shirt and the wrong color. It had the wrong writing on it, not what i asked for. DO NOT BUY FROM THISCOMPANY!!!! PEOPLE PLEASE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. WHAT YOU SEE I NOT WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET BELIEVE ME!

This business does not even deserve 1 star. They're advertising is extremely misleading and they're customer service is non-existent. They operate as though they are based in a third world country, though they ship from the U.S. (if you are lucky enough to receive your merchandise). Don't be fooled by the so-called "promotional discounts" and "special offers". They do not actually exist. Phone calls are not returned, emails receive generic replies that do not address the issues and concerns of the customer, and the"text support" number listed on their emails is a non-existent number. ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
