Very disappointed this time.
I have used this company a few times in the past and I had nothing but good things to say about them.
But, on my most recent order, placed at the end of May, I am severely disappointed. I placed the order and waited for the order to be shipped. On June 18th, all of a sudden, my money was refunded and the company was no longer able to be contacted.
I am glad I didn’t lose my money but I am disappointed that the product I had ordered, would not be coming to me, without any follow up or warning.
I had ordered a custom photo blanket as a thank you for someone and am totally disappointed to no longer have that item to gift someone.

5 stars for product, 2 stars for shipping
5 stars for product. It’s exactly what I ordered.
3 stars for communication. I did get response when I emailed over shipping but it was not always right away.
2 stars for shipping. I ordered and at no time did it state to expect delayed delivery. It took a month to come. When I emailed and pushed the issue on it, I was told it was shipped but I had received no shipping number yet. A week and I asked again. They gave me a tracking number, but then it sat for days stating “awaiting arrival to post office”. I felt like they just created a tracking number to get me to stop contacting them.
Overall…because the product was great I would re order one more time. But not around a holiday and with plenty of time before I needed the item.

Christmas joy
About 3 weeks before Christmas my niece casually mentions that she asked Santa Claus for a very specific hat for her momma. Tee4Lives was the only place I could find it. I contacted them explained the situation and was assured within a couple days they had it in stock and it could be shipped in time. A very happy little girl on Christmas morning just as excited to see her momma's hat (which was a surprise to her momma) as seeing her own toys!

Don’t order from here
Order blanket December 16. It is now December 29 and my package hasn’t made it to DHL or USPS. I emailed them Monday December 21 and they replied couldn’t cancel order because it was custom and already shipped out. But when I checked tracking they sent it only the label was suddenly created after I emailed them and before they emailed back. I emailed two days ago asking for an update and now no replies. Not sure when or if will get this blanket. Poor customer service

I'd do it again
I placed my order. Then I began to read reviews. I know I know all backwards anyway....that's when I became really worried about getting $100 I'd just spent. For no reason! My canvas was a gift that came before Christmas and in great condition. I was worried for nothing. Through the entire process I kept emailing them and they emailed me right back every time. I would definitely order from them again. Kinda wish I hadn't read the reviews had me concerned for nothing.

False advertising, product did not exist in inventory and vendor could not create the graphics as advertised. Was offered an alternative product that was highly politically divisive and, frankly, offensive. Won't be using this vendor again.
