very HAPPY with this purchase, I was surprised that the club came straight from Titleist. Every thin was as promised and timely. Keep up the good work

The price was the best I could find, and it was promptly delivered.

My club arrived today. It's a perfect match to my set. This is a great company.

Item was shipped to mailing address, not shipping address. Had to call each day to ensure item was rerouted to shipping address. Was told item was rerouted and would arrive on time to use on a trip - assurances were received. Item had to be sent back to manufacturer because shipping could not be re-routed on time, as thought. The Golf Club took no responsibility and responded it must have been the manufacturer making the mistake. Not enough pro-action to change address. Would have preferred an additional product sent immediately to replace rerouted product and have original product sent back to manufacturer. Very disappointed.

They communicated well and delivered as promised.

This was a HS grad gift for my son and first, they had to get the order right; he's lefty, so that's first, then we ordered specialized shaft and lengthened because he's 6'5", getting good advice from The Golf Club's rep...They got it all right and best of all, i made a special request to rush the order to have it on graduation day (I ordered it late) and it got there right on time! Son was very excited...Won't hesitate to order from these guys again.

Service is top notch I will use them in the future.

How about not sending a survey 2 minutes after the order and days before I get my order. Let's see how you do on delivering what you say you will.

If you don't have the product in stock, or if the product will be shipped straight from the manufacturer, then you should notify the customer at the time of checkout. Don't force the customer to check on the status of the order only to discover that the item is not in stock. Other online retailers would indicate PRIOR TO checkout that the product will ship straight from the manufacturer (i.e., Titlelist) and therefore, the customer should expect a delay in receiving the product.

order was canceled by The Golf Club because it had sold out.

I initially wrote a review that was not so great. I wish to retract it because what I had written was a lack of understanding on MY part.
Bottom line, we must read all the print and info prior to reviewing in a negative fashion.
This company is super as is their customer service team. I wish to thank all for enlightening me and turning me into a very satisfied customer.

The order process was straight forward and easy!

I would never use this site again. I ordered two titleist perma soft golf gloves in m/l cadet color pearl. I received m/l glove in Men's, so they don't fit. And there is no return info!!! Never again.

I was looking for a new golf bag and through just searching I found The Golf Club. Their site is very user friendly and I was satisfied with their prices, which are below other online retailers. Since I ordered a personalized bag it will take a few weeks to arrive which is fine. They spelled that out clearly so I know what to expect. I plan on returning for future purchases.
