I ordered the sunflower mother to daughter blanket. Received a father to daughter wolf blanket. They would not acknowledge that I received the wrong blanket and would not exchange it! There is no phone number to call customer service.
This is the worst company I have ever ordered from BUYER BEWARE!

I also ordered the sunflower mother/daughter blanket and got the wolf blanket. I emailed Teelarva and after a few days got a reply back... after a couple of back and forths that each take a few days to reply, they asked to send a picture of the wrong blanket. They did give me back 50% off the original cost and after they saw the picture of the wrong blanket they quickly rectified the problem. I did receive the correct blanket pretty quickly... so now I can give it to my daughter for her late Christmas gift! I recommend you just stay on them, it does take a few days minimum for each reply back but I always got a reply none the less.

I also ordered the white flower mother-daughter blanket & received wolf blankets!! I have been working on trying to get the correct blanket for over 2 months now... they are not helpful & difficult to contact. They truly have no interest in good customer care. Will NEVER order anything from them again... likely will never get the blanket that I actually ordered. SO FRUSTRATING!!

I ordered daughter to mother white fleece 60 by 80 white blanket for Christmas for my younger daughter we're still grieving for my older daughter my first born she was killed by a drunk driver we picked the blanket out together and had sunflowers on it sunflower border says you are My Sunshine quick pick the blanket out together because it reminded her of me and her sister Christmas morning comes and she goes to open it and it's damn wolf blanket love Daddy well guess what daddy's been gone and Sissy just passed away so how do you think our first Christmas went? Without my daughter? Customer service I do the online order way to 72 hours explain what's wrong take pictures etc they said okay will send the right blanket out to you okay well when we get the blanket we open it up and it's the same damn wolf blanket do not order from this company they're horrible horrible to deal with it's being with my daughter that passed away of course I'm going to be very upset and to get through to these people really wrong 😠

Please don't fall for their stuff, it's cheap, faulty and they do nothing about it. They charge you and send a defect item, all cut off words from the blanket and when you let them know they send the same garbage to you again and then they disappear altogether. Don't fall for it like I did.

I regret now not looking into this company’s reviews. I ordered the sunflower daughter/mother blanket and I get the wolf blanket. Unfortunately, this means nothing to me or my daughter. I share the same statements as two other moms. I really trusted this company and didn’t open package until 2 days before Christmas. I guess I will not even go through the hassle of trying to get the blanket that I did order for her as a Christmas gift.

Ordered mother daughter blanket sent wrong item 3 times and still have one coming. Customer service s awful always orders a new one and when you ask for refund on online chat they disconnect. I have disputed charges with my credit card company. Absolutely do not order from this company

The absolute worst customer service ever. I ordered the mother daughter sunflower blanket and received the father daughter wolf blanket. I have filed multiple claims and sent numerous emails. Each response I received back was a generic response saying my order has not been shipped and to wait until I receive the order before filing a complaint or a response saying they are sorry it is taking so long for shipping and here is 5% refund. Never mind the extreme detail I wrote each time I filed or sent email of what my issue was. I don’t know why they have no record of delivery but I have told them each time I received a blanket but the wrong one. Clearly they do not read anything. Either it is an automatic reply or someone is that lazy that they can’t take the time to figure out why someone would file over 5 claims. This was the one thing I was looking forward to for Christmas with my daughter. Now I’m stuck with a blanket that means nothing since I am a single parent and out of $60. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I took the time to review before I ordered.

Worst experience I have ever had with online shopping, I ordered a blanket to read with a quote to my daughter ending love your mother, I recieved a blanket that read to my daughter love your daddy, not once but twice, you can only communicate via email and my emails to date have been ignored. Worst $59 I HAVE EVER spent

I ordered two mother/daughter blankets for my girls who are 26 and 23 . They sent me YOUTH blankets that would not cover my cats. They were Christmas gifts that I ordered the first week of December. I contacted them via email because they do not have a customer service message center. They responded with an automated email saying that my order was not shipped yet, and to contact them when I received my order. They have ignored my emails. If anyone has a way to contact them please post something.. oh and watch after my review there will be a positive review to offset this BAD REVIEW... This company will be reported to the BBB after this review..

I purchased a daughter/mom blanket. I never opened the package, but I now regret that! They sent me the wrong blanket! They sent me an ugly daddy/daughter blanket, my daughter's father is DEAD! GOOD LUCK finding a phone number for this company!

I ordered a blanket for my daughter and a cup for my son in law. They were both quite happy with their product. The blanket was beautiful, soft, and had the perfect sentiment, as if I had composed it myself. The cup fit my son in law, the coffee-holic perfectly.

The service I received was amazing. I couldn't think of a negative thing to say about my experience if I was forced to.

I ordered two blankets, a mother to daughter and a mother to son. The mother to daughter has a white background and it’s dirty, the mother to son is horrible. The words are not printed fully on the blanket and has letters missing. These were bought for Christmas presents and now I have to give my kids this *garbage* I’m embarrassed. I will not recommend this company to anyone asI don’t know how to get a refund or return them.

I ordered 2 Daughter blankets in Nov, never received a order number.
After placing the order state it would be here 12/10 tru the 19th. Here it is the 21st still have not received my blankets. I could understand if these where shipped from out of state. But according to wed site is right here in Indianapolis, IN. I'm very upset as these where to be Christmas presents. I hope they come today.

I ordered & received two different custom t-shirts.. the first shirt had an unattractive odor to it, but the 2nd one did not. Very good quality! And they both were shipped pretty quickly!!

I ordered the mom to daughter blanket November 30th 2019. It should have been delivered within 5-10 days. It is now December 19th and I received an email stating that I canceled my order and I will be receiving a refund. I never canceled my order. But first and foremost it should have been delivered over a week ago. Horrible customer service, impossible to get ahold of. And now right before Christmas I have to still go find my daughter something else. I would not order from again. Lesson learned.

This was a Christmas present for my daughter she going to love it
