I have some web building insight, but find certain things tricky like creating and linking to the correct areas. I can link to men , women but on the buttons along the top, like IWeb the womens button does not contain any items. The large men, women buttons under the bold heading, do goto a specific t shirt shirt, whereas id link to a list. Ill be working on correcting this, if possible. But could be great will be. Just teething problems.

A great platform that's affordable for startups, pretty straight forward to setup once you've had a read through and watched a few videos, it's taking a while to get website active as im working at steady pace around everything else, I've purchased a few samples and the print quality is very good.
once im happy with all my designs and got plenty to go live, im really looking forward to getting everything moving in the right direction

My TeeShirt went AWOL somewhere in Germany….. BUT …. Max at Teemill Community Experience replied to my “complaint” promptly and gave me the option of a refund or send another. I chose send another! All good!!

I so wanted this to work but I’ve now placed two bulk orders that were both time sensitive - I placed them in plenty of time and both were late.

I ordered £2500 worth of stock for a trade show over two weeks in advance and it, fortunately, arrived the day before the show.

I’m currently waiting on another bulk delivery for a customer that was expected to arrive 4 days ago but still hasn’t arrived.

The worst part is the customer service response. Don’t get me wrong, everyone has been friendly and helpful - when they get back to you. The only method is via email and it takes days to reply. You can imagine this makes it very difficult when customers are asking questions and you can’t answer them as a business because you’re supplier has zero phone response or online chat.

We don't make a profit on our shop as we just use it as a promotional tool for our Community Benefit Society. We built Brighton & Hove's first community energy project and after 15 year in renewables we had to find an ethical and sustainable merchandise supplier. Teemill ticks all our ESG boxes and for a reasonable price too!

I’m honestly so happy with all the clothes. The quality is amazing and you can really feel the difference with the organic cotton. Everything is soft, breathable, and super comfortable to wear all day.
I love how simple and clean the styles are, especially the classic colors that go with everything. The fit feels just right and holds up well whether I’m relaxing or out and about.
Knowing it’s Fair Trade Certified and made with care makes it even better. Definitely one of my favorite go-to clothing shops right now. 💚

I created my first designs last week and my first sample tshirt arrived today.

I ordered a t-shirt from Greenpeace, produced and sent via Teemill. It took a while to arrive and when I opened it I was shocked at the quality of the print. I reported it to customer services and received a reply saying that the print is distressed. Distressed? I was distressed that a £20 t-shirt was so poor. I can kind of accept that the lettering has a 'distressed' finish, but the rest of the design just has colours smudged across in the wrong places. Very poor.

Had a slight issue with a print on a T shirt, sent back and refunded without any hassle, contacted the community experience team to see if there would be the same problem if I orders again, Helen dealt with the new order and made sure it was quality checked and fast tracked.
T shirt turned up next day and was perfect.
Great service and great communication.

Original order lost in transit. I raised this and they quickly gave me an option of sending another or a refund. All dealt with professionally.

I love everything that Teemill stands for, the quality of the products and prints are amazing too. There's so many more options on TeemillPro which I'd recommend. The help and support is fantastic and I would love this to be 5 stars (I hesitated) but I find some of the guides are outdated which makes it difficult to follow sometimes and causes delays with intergrations. And replies to email support can be slow which at the moment is delaying me setting up my social media shops. But they are still amazing and I'm so pleased I found them to help me build my brand.

I love the fact that Teemill are an ethical company who do everything to make sure my products are too. I love having my own website that I can customise. The customer service is great. I’m happy to pay for the Teemill Pro account too, as it offers a lot to my business.

Super, friendly and timely service support, dependably, from the Teemill team, which makes planning and selling easier. Love all of their ethical credials, which align with our organisation's values.

The Teemill free offering was going so well … then I hit a limit of thirty products, with the only option being to upgrade to a Pro account for £8.25 pm., or stay put.

This surprised me, having enjoyed (and still doing so) unlimited product numbers with other print on demand suppliers, without charge. None of it’s really free, of course, with suppliers not unreasonably taking a cut from any / every sale.

Teemill is the most sustainable and ethical drop shipping provider I could find, and it integrated seamlessly and easily with my online shop. The concept and commitment are amazing, and so is the quality and customer service!
