Scam.... tracking said delivered but never happened. 30 days tracking the product in vain

Tennovi is a fraudulent company that intentionally scams customers. On June 29, 2025 I order (5) pairs of jeans and did so because they were inexpensive. I did not receive my purchase during the reported delivery timeframe. I contacted the company and Tennovi stated the items were delivered. I explained I have cameras around my house and no delivery was ever made. They apologized and stated they would resend my order, again this wasn’t received and ultimately Tennovi reported the issue was with their delivery company (CTDI). I complained and was informed on September 1, 2025, I would receive a full refund. As of today, November 24, 2025 I have not received my refund and each time you email them they will respond with the same response as their prior email and they allege the delay is due to the banks having excessive amounts of refunds. I truly regret purchasing anything from this company. With all that said, “Do NOT purchase anything from this fraudulent company!”

Total scam. Ordered 5 Paul Frederick shirts. They said they delivered twice. Never got the product. CS offered me a 70% refund. I refused. Then they said 100% but 15-25 days. Yeah Right. We should shut this organization down immediately!!!

This company is absolutely a scam. All the tracking information they gave you are fake. I ordered 5 shirts which never came. Then they offered me 70 percent refund which never came.

A REAL SCAM, BEWARE!

Ordered an outfit on December 20 and they said it would be here between 15 and 20 days. I just received the order on February 27th after I have been back-and-forth with emailing their customer support. They sent me the wrong thing in the wrong size! They had horrible customer service and the whole experience with them has been just awful!

I ordered some sweat pants in nov 2022. They just arrived in late Jan 2023, except it’s the wrong item, not at all what I ordered. When I reach out to customer support they try negotiating with me rather than giving me a refund or exchange for the correct item, first asking me to keep the item, then offering $10USD, $15USD, etc. All I want is the item I ordered, the pants they sent me look like clown bell-bottom pants, for some reason they have elastic running up and down the sides of the pant legs (?). I strongly do not recommend doing business with this company.

Only giving one star because I actually did get one of my orders from them. I ordered two pairs of the color blocking pants in October and got it exactly 32 days or something after the fact. I decided to order again in December for Christmas, ordered two jackets just before Christmas and no update or anything. They offered a $6 refund -.- my order was $80. Here we are over 30 days later and no items no email responses no nothing. What’s crazy is the website says 7-10 days for shipping ….. when they finally replied they said they were “checking the order for perfection” at this point my order was placed like 26 days prior and STILL hadn’t shipped. What the hell they checking for ????

I bought 3 sweatshirts and after 1 month waiting without any news I contacted support, they gave me an invalid tracking number. After a month and a half I received one of the 3 sweatshirts I ordered. After this I started a claim with Paypal and they don't want to take care of the shipping costs of the products that have not arrived and they are giving me absurd problems to return my money. DO NOT BUY HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I got clothes that are full of gaps and holes. I even took insurance on the shipping (especially for broken/missing goods). Now Teenovi does not want to fully refund the clothes. Don’t buy here, it’s not even remotely close to what the advertisements show you.

Don’t buy from them! I ordered a fleece pants which looked nice on the pictures! When it arrived it was such bad quality it was unbelievable! When I told them about the bad quality and send them the pictures of it. They offered me to keep the item because they didn’t want it back and a 8 USD refund while I paid almost 40 USD. After mailing with them they told me they only want to give a full refund when I send back the item (which I can understand). But I had to pay for the return which was €32. Apparently I got a refund of 20 USD and keep the item because paying for the return is just ridicules.

Once again don’t buy from them!
Bad quality and customer service!

This is 100% a scam! I bought a fleece from here and a month later am yet to receive it. I have emailed them and they do respond, but always saying the same thing "they're quality checking their product". It's definitely a lie and I am definitely not getting my money back.

The confirmation email and the payment page are made to look legit by looking like Shopify, but when you read it carefully it says "track your order with Shop" not Shopify...
