Order hadn’t arrived. Contacted customer services. Sorted straight away.

I ordered a t-shirt on 04/06/2026 still haven’t received the item I’m very disappointed with the company I will never order or recommend any one I tried to get in contact with them and asked for refund they come back to me that I can’t have a refund.

There was a small delay due to a large amount of orders, which when I emailed was explained and the order was only a couple of days longer. Very happy with the t-shirts I received and the sizing is good.

Quick delivery, excellent quality and good fit!

Made an order over 2 weeks ago and paid additional to have delivered within 2-4 working days. Emailed support email address and had nothing back, no contact number and item hasn't arrived for fathers day

Ordered 7/06, no order received. Checked on Shop - kept saying awaiting further instructions. Tried to email support - the email address didn’t work. Tried calling - number not recognised. Would not use again - would not recommend.

Very happy with service and overall product! Staff very helpful when I realised I hadn't put right address as delivery was sorted with couple emails! Only down side amd really not a big deal is it took around 12/14 days to come but that's nothing big

Experience is good, great t shirts, the Villa originals claret top I got, the badge is under my arm pit 😂 The Holte End T shirt, perfect and the third one, Shop app could be better updated with regards where the order is, but that's only because I'm used to it with other merchants, but for the price, it's good stuff.

I bought the original stout GUNNERS T and it was amazing so when the stout GUNNERS champions came out. I just had to get it both good quality and sizes. I am well pleased with both.

Placed an order that has never arrived, eventually receive a refund one month later once eBay stepped in, worst thing was the total lack of communication,I tried contacting them on six occasions without replies, happy to talk to teerific directly if it helps.

I ordered T-shirts on the 2nd June. Still nothing. I've emailed them but no reply. Tried the number on their website which takes you to Rochdale Council. I was going to raise a dispute with Paypal as that's how I paid for mine thinking it was a safer solution but when I looked more into it on my Paypal account, it's been set up as an ongoing monthly payment which I have obviously now cancelled so please beware!!!!

UPDATE : Items have now arrived after raising a PayPal dispute and despite emailing the company. Items are as advertised and quality fairly descent. My payment was still set up as a monthly payment though

Order not delivered.
Zero tracking provided, no emails, nothing.
Used website AI to flag issue (as no other way to do so) and noone got back to me.
Phone number given to contact them is incorrect.
Used website twice to flag issue and get support, requests are just ignored.

I have 5 stars because I liked the t-shirts I bought I did have a delivery problem but they were in contact with me straight away quality of the t-shirts is excellent I will definitely be buying more t-shirts.

The shirts were not very good two white and a red not stating they are arsenal gyokers mean nothing to over people i got two of the same and one with herny stuck on. I think its a waste and friends and family say they would never buy. Ive sent a picture to facebook because they should not be sold on there

Don't bother with these jokers, ordered end of May, still nothing even dispatched let alone received. Did get an initial response by email, but still nothing and now not responding to emails. Advise anyone with outstanding orders to raise a dispute with your bank and get your money back.
