Terrible experience. The shipping took way too long, but I understand that part. However, The items were not as described. They have been completely unresponsive to several attempts via email, phone calls, and website submissions, including through PayPal dispute. The phone numbers they have listed go directly to someone's voicemail greeting who states they have no affiliation with the company. Very sketchy.
Well, I purchased a hoodie for my nephew at the end of November, and I was looking through my emails and couldn’t find one from them, but I have the shop app on my phone, and I found it. They had my shipping address and my email address wrong, and I know I put it in there correctly. So I'm pissed because now I have to call my bank and deal with it that way.🤬
