We recently bought a Challenger Laser 675 fromTees Valley and what an experience this was. The customer service was outstanding. Charlotte was so friendly and efficient and didn’t mind at all that we kept ringing with lots of questions before we picked our caravan up. Liam was absolutely fantastic, a real credit to the company. He answered all our questions (and there were plenty of them) so patiently and is so knowledgeable about all the caravans. You didn’t feel pressured or patronised in the way that you can with some caravan companies. He is an absolute gem and we can’t thank him enough for how much help he gave us. We can definitely recommend Tees Valley Caravans.

Bought our caravan recently from tees valley caravans. Liam did the handover and made everything easy explaining everything we needed to know and then some. The whole process of buying the caravan was made very easy . All the staff especially Liam were very helpful 10/10

We recently purchased a Hobby Caravan from Tees Valley Caravans. We found browsing very relaxed and all staff were on hand to answer any queries, they seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. We always had good customer service when ringing and staff were accommodating when it was an error on our part about when we could pick the caravan up. We found Liam very helpful, friendly and thorough when giving us the handover for the caravan. On discovering the table was lost he contacted the manufacturer and they paid for a replacement at their own expense which we were grateful for. Thanks again we loved our first trip away in it and are looking forward to many more!

We were upgrading our caravan for a newer model and found one we liked at Tees Valley Caravans.The whole experience was great from start to finish. They gave us a very good trade in on our old one. The staff were excellent. the phone was answered promptly, rang us back when asked to and kept us informed all the time. The whole team, Charlotte and Nancy and Liam were polite and obliging. In particular Liam couldn’t have done more, he knew his stuff and prepared the van ready for collection fixing a few minor items before. On pickup the van had been prepared, Liam ran us through all the workings, took his time to make sure we were happy with everything. All in all we got good old fashioned service and many other companies should take a leaf out of their books. When we are ready to change again we won’t hesitate to go back to them.

We visited Tees Valley Caravans in April - just to look at a couple my husband Stephen had seen online. They were both sold. But we still had a look around and one caught our eye. Never owned a caravan before - we knew very little about them and had never towed.
And then arrived Liam. What he doesn’t know about caravans just isn’t worth knowing. He’s a cravanner himself and honestly the knowledge he has is unbelievable and the tips were invaluable.
He showed us around the caravan we liked - he answered a thousand questions. No hard sale. No pressure. Felt like we were sat round having a cuppa with an old friend. We went back to our car to think about it and decided to go ahead. The following day we took our grown up kids back to see it - Liam sat with us all and answered even more questions patiently.
With Tees Valley caravans you’re given up to 6 weeks to sort things out before you collect the caravan and being new to all this we had lots to put in place and sort.
Liam was absolutely fantastic - he sent us links to things we didn’t have, he explained what they were, best place to get them, how they worked. With Liam there were no daft questions - he has so much patience!
Handover day arrived 27/5 - Liam explained every detail to us. We asked another million questions and he answered them over and over.
He reassured us we would be fine and then he took Stephen out with our beautiful caravan hitched up and gave him some tips on towing!
Tell me where else would you get that kind of service and attention to detail?
I sat in the office to wait for them nervously and the lovely Nancy kept me sane and put me at ease with a lovely long chat.
Steve and the caravan arrived back and away we went.
We decided to go straight off for our first trip out - yes some things didn’t go quite right - but guess who rang at 6:40pm at night to check on us! Yes Liam - and he rang us again Saturday afternoon to check on us and sorted us out with things we’d forgotten.
The Team at Tees Valley Caravans are great - but that one person who went above and beyond and went the extra 10 miles was Liam. Without him I doubt we’d be sat here now in our caravan, chilled out watching the world go by and loving life. He is a credit to the Company and we left with our caravan feeling not just as a customer but as friends.

Went above and beyond to do everything he could to help us out and point us in the right direction being first time caravan buyers. His knowledge is second to non we couldn’t have asked for a better salesman to deal with, never once did he try and pressure us to purchase the caravan we did, was more of a friend who told us to go away and think about it and come back the next day if we wanted to proceed with the purchase which obviously we did. Just picked up a lightly used Swift Caravan a few days ago. Fantastic service and intelligent sales from Liam and his colleagues. It was made very easy and an informative handover and general common sense advice from Liam made it a painless and comfortable process as I was a little apprehensive not having towed for a decade or two. In my opinion I can wholeheartedly trust this family owned company and I will return if and when a replacement is required. Caravans good as well!!!

Liam at Tees Valley Caravans does a great handover on collection so you're well set to get on the road. I've also spoken to him a couple of times since to get some help with a few queries I came up with during our first trip out with the caravan.

We collected our swift Elegance grande 655 today from Tees Valley caravans . The service we received from start to finish was absolutely outstanding from the initial phone call with Tom to enquire about the van to Nancy guiding us through the fiance side of things , Charlotte who can’t help you enough , she was always quick to answer any questions and return calls and chase things up for us . Finally the hand over with Liam today who went above and beyond . What Liam doesn’t know about caravans isn’t worth knowing , the whole handover was not rushed and he was happy to explain every last detail .
We previously bought a caravan from another dealer last year and the whole experience was a nightmare from beginning to end but the Tees Valley team have fully restored my faith in dealerships . This is a fantastic family run business who really do care about their customers !!!!!
