A great course that i enjoyed…
A great course that i enjoyed completing.
At 64 and with no formal english teaching backgound, I was nervous that it would be difficult for me to study.
But the 10 modules, arranged in a clear logical order, were achivable but challenging.
I had an issue with my certificate but Laura Graham solve the issue very quickly
I recommend this course.

In the beginning I thought I will struggle to finish and find it difficult, but the design of the course and its layout made it easy to learn and kept my concentration. Great low cost option
I was able to get multiple TEFL specialty certifications in several different specialties for one very low price. I was able to brush up on my knowledge as well as learn new things too. This was also the cheapest option I was able to find anywhere on the internet. Great for any English teachers looking to improve their knowledge and get specialty certifications.

120 hr course well worth it
The course content is well.prepared and easy tonuse. Its informative and accessible and provides great resources to dive deeper into further study. I really appreciated having videos as well as text, to cater for different learning styles. The pop quizzes before the assessments are helpful too. The staff at TEFL institute were so helpful and informative from the start and Lisa in particular has been so generous and helpful with her support in helping me access the learning materials to collate information. A great experience all round. And the discounts received enormously valuable!

Great for career changers like me
What I've seen is a company that genuinely cares about its students goals. I'm a total career changer and I Felt overwhelmed at first. The logical structure of the curriculum from fundamentals to complex classroom strategies built my knowledge step by step. Walter was brilliant on the phone too.

My experience with The TEFL Institute…
My experience with The TEFL Institute has been amazing. I did the 180hour TEFL Diploma and I must say for me it was a rough start, being a mom having to juggle mom/wife/home duties. Through it all The TEFL Institute staff/advisors were very accommodating, understanding, patient and very helpful. Their response time on emails were exceptional and when I did not understand what to do the work was explained to me by a lovely Course Assessment Officer Jenny O'Sullivan, in great detail and it made me super glad I did my course through this institute. A truly developmental experience
This course was a developmental journey for me. I was filled with apprehension as someone changing careers. My knowledge was built logically by the structured modules, which began with the fundamentals before advancing to complex classroom management strategies. Constant encouragement was provided by my tutor, Jenny. Areas like phonetics, which I found daunting at first, were demystified by her precise advice and positive reinforcement.
