Good quality product, better than i have before

I placed an order online, all process was very fast but it turned a nightmare when it came to the delivery part.
It will help if you wouldn't use UPS as the delivery company. Extremely bad service. What in paper I should have received home the next day( that's also the main reason I placed the order) it make my project be delayed for almost a week because of the delivery service. Will for sure not order online again.

After a pleasant contact withTegeldepot customer service (for a second specific drain pipe on my bathbucket-200 liters purchased three years ago), I had the good surprise to receive this piece in my letterbox! free of charge. Then I'll enjoy my bathbucket still a long time!!! I thank Joyce for this kind attention. I highly recommend the website, obviously!

Ordered a shower from TegelDepot.
The delivery came with damage, but I took pictures and sent it to TegelDepot and they sent over the damaged part.

We are amidst bathroom construction and accidentally landed on this company/website.
Great quality products, good prices, and most importantly clear communication and service.
Amidst shipping we realized we ordered one item incorrectly and wanted to (1) change it, (2) replace it, (3) add one more thing to the order.
Everything went smoothly and everything was delivered on time.
Couldn’t give a higher recommendation of a trust worthy company.

After my review on the 21st April, they immediately answered me asking me to send my claim again to an email address and with the order number. I quickly did… still waiting for an answer

**This issue is finally resolved and Sharon was wonderful in helping me through to the end. Thank you! Therefore, I've upgraded the stars 1 -> 3. Unfortunately, it's still not a 5 star because the issue happened and it did take a long time and significant effort on my end to resolve.

I'm having a terrible time getting the correct parts from Tegeldepot and their supplier. I'd like their leadership team to ensure the correct parts are delivered to me without issues as I still haven't received them after 1.5 months of trouble shooting together and over 25 conversations.

During that time:
(1) Issue originally discussed with Sharon on Feb-11. All I needed was the correct "hinge".
(2) Instead, the supplier sent a window on Feb-17.
(3) After multiple weeks of explaining the situation and sharing photos -- which Tegeldepot sometimes didn't read for 4 days without me messaging them again -- they eventually provided a return label for the wrong parts on March-3. I returned on March-6.
(4) Tegeldepot took another 2 weeks to send the replacement, which then got lost in the post. Now (March-20), Ira from Tegeldepot will try to reorder the parts from the supplier and send to me again.
(5) Tegeldepot finally sent the replacement hinge after escalating on TrustPilot yesterday. BUT, they sent 1 hinge when the door clearly requires 2. So I'm still working with them to get 1 more hinge.

I sincerely appreciate Sharon and Ira's help -- thank you. I'm just surprised by and waiting for the final resolution.

They were so fine, and quality of their items which i purchased is perfect. I advise to everyone to check their inventory before purchasing from somewhere else.

I had to order one thing that I was urgently missing for my renovation. I found it online in their store and ordered right away. I was able to pick it up at their warehouse the same day (very shortly after I made the order).
Also, when I arrived, the shop assistant advised me with one more thing that I struggled to find online and in construction shops in Amsterdam.

Their prices are quite competitive prices (especially compering to the ones in Amsterdam) and when you have a car is not that far to drive from AMS.

First, they don't deliver on time. My package arrived 2 weeks later while it was mentioned in stock and next day delivery. If you return then they charge 40 euros. It doesn't matter if the reason for the return is a late shipment. Great business idea - show wrong information at the time of ordering. Put some clauses in the terms and conditions which can protect you on that. Deliver a few weeks later. If a customer can't wait then he will order elsewhere and return your product for which you will be charged €40. In the end, they still have their own product and your €40 as ROI.

Very confusing information for the article 8249560002041. I ordered this article on July 19 and on the website it appears to be complete (seat and Reservoir) but until now I’ve only gotten the seat and No reservoir.

If you enter this article number and go to “Complete your set” then it appears to only be missing the Lid, so that means that the reservoir is included in the order.

The delivery status said I might get serveral packages (maybe seat and other for reservoir) but I’m still waiting for a notification on the second package.

I’m renovating my home and I’ve bought many things from different companies and haven’t had any problems with none of them except “teggeldepot”. My purchase is different from their description (wrong information in the website) but they refused to refund me. It’s unbelievable. Very poor customer service. Don’t recommend at all.

You’ve mentioned in your website that this product has “durable protective layer” but after my request you said no it doesn’t come with a protective layer! (Misleading information) by the way I haven’t installed the second one yet and it’s color is already changing in the box!
I can’t believe I should try so hard to be refunded for your mistake.

The actual product was fantastic - great quality and price and fast delivery.

Minus 1 star because of the delivery: I received an email saying the items will be delivered by PostNL in the morning. But late in the evening I receive another email saying that a transport company will drop something off without any extra information about the delivery, only the time. At 9 am the doorbell rang and there was my order. I live on the second floor with steep stairs. The guy delivering told my wife he will leave the order downstairs. She asked if he can’t bring it up to what he immediately answered no to. She said fine I’ll just bring it up myself and asked how heavy it is. The answer was 100kg!! He took his forklift and loaded it in front of the stairs in the rain and left. So here’s my wife a small woman with a package twice her weight left outside to guard the delivery in the rain. She had to wait 30 minutes till I came home from work to carry the delivery inside. Meanwhile the delivery guy could of helped her just within few minutes and done a decent humane thing instead of giving her a “whatever figure it out yourself” look and left.

Good advise and service, the shower glass is good!
