Ordered bandsaw Dec 17, 2019 Paid 2600 with tax which they billed my credit card for in the 18th the following day. This item was supposed to be in stock so you would think it would be shipped out soon afterwards. Jan 2 had to phone to find out when it would be shipped. Was then told that the ones they had in stock were floor models. So I had to cancel the order which puts me another 3 weeks behind. I would have understood if they had of called the next day and said look we made a mistake and the ones we have are floor models. But I had to wait almost 3 weeks to find this out. Now have to order it out of California which will take another 3 weeks.

Ordering was very easy. Item arrived promptly and was exactly as described on website.

Was hard to figure out on line what size I was ordering and whether the charger and batteries were included in the heated hoodie. When I called the store for clarification Matt was very helpful in getting me answers. Very courteous and quick. Nice to see great customer service.

After finding that the selected tool was back-ordered because the online inventory availability didn't take into account that the last item has been taken in-store, TEGS moved heaven and earth to locate another unit of this discontinued item and delivered in time for me to get my son - a professional carpenter - the tool in time for Christmas. Taylor went out of his way to get his hands on the item I wanted before confirming my order. He arranged with another store to hold the item for me until I could place my order online that evening. Awesome, friendly customer service!

Very helpful staff. Well packaged. Took way too long to show up...due to my own mistakes. The first week it sat in the Warehouse cuz I neglected to input a delivery address and clicked “pick-up at warehouse” 🤦‍♂️ Staff was helpful and very communicative to sort it all out once I realized my errors.
I would definitely order through this company again, gonna keep my eyes out for any deals they offer.

Good service from Teg Tools. Will order from them again. Only one comment. I received an e-mail on Nov 26 saying my order has been shipped. Then on Nov 28 another e-mail telling me my order was on back-order. I picked my order up at post office on Nov 29.

Best price comparing to others and fast shipping, highly recomend!

Everything as promised, only issue was courier was not given complete address, driver had to contact me for hours address even though tegs had all the information.
