A regrettably poor purchasing experience

I bought an upgraded composite Print Bed Carriage along with a couple of other bits from Tehnologika.net Unfortunately I experienced a number of issues with the company and its products.

Communication from the outset wasn't great. After payment it took a few hours before receiving a rather sparse email confirming I had paid. Then, 5 days later, I received another email (again, light of info) informing me my order had been transferred to the courier and to expect another message with a tracking number. It never came, so I emailed Tehnologika.net and they responded saying the materials had just arrived and they were making my carriage that day!? There was no mention or explanation about the earlier dispatch email, but a couple of days later I heard my order had (once again) been dispatched. It arrived in the UK (from Slovakia) fairly quickly.

Unfortunately a printed part that I'd ordered arrived not-as-described and of poor print quality. Worse though was that the Print Bed Carriage didn't have the drive belt bracket screw holes drilled in the right places. The Malyan M150 3D Printers Y Axis drive belt sits slightly off to the left of the frame but the screw holes had been drilled directly on the middle of the carriage, causing the drive belt to rub on the sides of the stepper and idler pulleys.

When I contacted Tehnologika about it their replies didn't offer any reasonable solutions and they never offered an apology of any sort. In fact they skirted around the issues and even told me I should drill new holes in the Print Bed Carriage myself, which is not possible as the new holes would be sitting partly inside the original holes. The emails I received from Tehnologika did not include any greeting or 'signing off' and they never provided the name of the author and Tehnologika employee, all of which shows the clear lack of care, understanding and respect the company has for its customers.

My regrettable experience has proven very disappointing, which is a great shame as I'd hoped to recommend Tehnologika.net to fellow 3D Printer enthusiasts. As it is, I cannot recommend the company due to its poorly manufactured products and its poor level of customer service.
