I will never again order from this company it’s already three weeks I placed an order for a dog toy and was supposed to be delivered yesterday 12/17/25 never came now computer is telling me it’s delayed, poor customer service,I believe it’s a scam. Guess I lost my money!!!!

I got scammed as well...complete joke and this is all on Google bringing this to top of search results!

So they got me... I ordered on Jan 3... and have heard nothing... got tracking and nothing... email nothing

Trust no company that you can't call.

Just to be clear, I never bought anything on this website, but it immediately jumped out at me screaming scam and so I went looking for reviews on it and found them here.
Here is why this looks like a scam right away:
1. Site logo is a copy of the original Bobcat miner.
2. The only payment method accepted is in crypto (just like the original bobcat manufacturer), but it is normal only for manufacturers.
TEIBAI is clearly a reseller here, so why don't they accept any other forms of payment?
3. Any other website that has these miners IN HAND, sells them for top dollar. These guys however, sell them at MSRP prices and say they are ready to ship within a week. It's BS since even OEM can't promise that.

And besides these 3 reasons, you should always check the web for reviews like these to make sure you are not getting scammed. Sorry to hear about those that did end up losing their money, I am simply glad that wasn't me.

Beware!!! Teibai.com is a scam and will take your money and not ship the item. They only accept crypto payments and with speaking with Coinbase there is nothing you can do to get your money back. I have called them multiple times with no answer as well as emailed them.

it’s my own fault for thinking this site was a legit business but maybe I can help others from losing money as they say they sell crypto mining rigs but all they do is take your money.

there office addresses are both fake and or virtual offices and they do not operate there. The phone numbers are the same.

if they happen to respond and ship my items I will update or remove this but as of now they look to be a complete scam website looking to take peoples money through crypto payments which means you have zero protection to get your money back!

They are a complete scam. A guy will answer the phone and tell you what you want to hear (units in stock, etc.) but after you place an order your number will be blocked and they will never reply again. They will take your money and you wont be able to get it back! Don't make my mistake.
