Apparently Tekaloan screws up once a year,coming from my review in November 2024. I sent them my remaining balance of X dollars a few days ago,which was alright,as it's out of the way. They sent me the IBV and signing link email later on last week and then was told that if I don't do it by Sunday it'd be expired. Liar, as it was still active this past Monday afternoon! I did the IBV for my re-loan Monday around 3:10pm. I go to find out from Eastern loans (their relative company) that there's still 1 small deferral payment left to be paid on June 26. Do not go with Tekaloan, as I'm ready to pack it in & look elsewhere. They keep on saying "oh we're sorry 😐" , when they're not!!

I gave one star, but would do 0 if that was an option. I had called and asked to do a reloan. I have been a customer for years and have had multiple loans with them. Never had an issue with repayment until this last payment, which I made up for by making a payment after they told me that if I sent it in right away that I would have no issues being approved right away for a reloan. Made the payment, did the application. Was told last night that I was approved and would receive the funds by 0930 today. After multiple calls and no call backs, I get told now at the end of the day that I have to wait until after the first to receive the funds. Im set to be out of my place for midnight tonight and was waiting on that money to pay for my new place based on being told it was approved. My children and I now don't have anywhere to live and are homeless. Just useless apologies that aren't even real. "I'm sorry I gave you the information that I was provided" And you can't even escalate your call. Can't talk to an analyst, can't talk to a supervisor. No accountability for their lies. Had they been honest then I could have spent the day trying to come up with something else.

Tekaloan is operated by Royalty Suretyship. A company that runs many many payday loan services in Canada. I have been borrowing from them for years without an issue.

Recently I had a problem repaying a loan, however the problem was solved and I have paid the entire loan off. Now they decline every application I submit to any of their many loan websites they operate. Their literal reason is that I have had difficulties repaying my loan in the past. Yeah but I paid it. No way of disputing it they just make up their own rules. 4 years of loyal service down the toilet for one issue that has been resolved. I didn’t even need the loan but how these guys operate is petty and unprofessional to say the least 👎🏼👎🏼🤮🤮

This is the worst lender. They are scammers. Don't borrow from them!!

I am and have been a customer of tekaloan for well over a year now and have nothing but good experiences dealing with them always fast and same day approvals I would highly recommend them if you are in need of fast cash thank for all the support you have given me
