I very rarely write negative reviews but twice over the last two weeks I have scheduled calls to speak with someone in relation to booking a cleaner. This is the second week running the expected call never happened. I called a few days after the initial missed scheduled call on 8 Nov, very apologetic and scheduled for the 14th Nov. Ican still find a bit of redemption if the failed call was followed up in some way, alas, not a peep. So in terms of then entrusting this company with providing a service doesn't bode well. It's a shame as they came recommended by someone who thought very highly of their services.

Matt arrived on time and did a fantastic job on laying the floor in the kitchen. The workmanship from Matt
was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Teka Flooring to anyone. First class.

Unprofessional to say the least, also witness one of their vans driving around the city with no regard to the highway code, as well as driving without due care and attention. Drivers represent the organisation, that tells me a lot .
