Ordered my item on December 7
Ordered my item on December 7, 2020 and it’s January 8, 2021 haven’t received my order. The tracking they sent shows a usps label was created on December 8th and that’s it. There is not a phone number or customer service info on their website only an email address. I emailed them but no response. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

It is the simplicity I was looking for…
It is the simplicity I was looking for in a timer. I had a problem finding the one I wanted in stock and went for my second choice. I wanted one that started at 5 minutes but bought the one that starts at 10 minutes. I think that it should start with the low number not hold. Now if I forget and only push once it runs forever. Would make more sense to me that hold would require more button bushes. Better fail safe.
