The products are nice and inexpensive. When one product wasn't working properly I had a fast response by email and a replacement sent free of charge the next day,

The mobile covers I bought was very poor quality. Not impressive delivery time.

I got the product I ordered by the deadline. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is that when you issue a purchase order with Teknikdele and approve the payment, you do not get any email confirmation that your order has been placed. In other words, if you have not taken a screenshot immediately after your online payment has been confirmed, you have no way to prove that you have placed a purchase order and, therefore cannot use any purchase order reference if you want to enquire about your order. This is stressing as you wonder whether the website is not just a scam. Teknikdele, please fix this. All serious websites send automatic email confirmations to their customers whenever purchase orders are issued

I am writing to express my discontentment with a recent transaction with your company, [ I placed an order for a specific item exactly two weeks ago, and since then, the sequence of events that have transpired have been far from satisfactory.

A week after placing the order, I noticed the absence of any delivery or shipping updates. Prompted by this lack of communication, I reached out to your customer service team, where I was informed that the product I had purchased had unfortunately been lost. In an attempt to rectify this mishap, your team reassured me that a replacement item would be dispatched within the next week.

However, today's communication with your team revealed that the said item is now out of stock. I find myself in a situation where, despite the time and effort invested in this transaction, I am left without the product I purchased, and seemingly with no forthcoming resolution from your end. This experience has been highly disappointing, and it has caused me to question the reliability and professionalism of your company.

Businesses thrive on the trust and loyalty of their customers, established through the timely and efficient delivery of their products and services. Regrettably, in this instance, your company has failed to meet these fundamental business standards. As a customer, it is disconcerting to find oneself in a situation where a paid product is not delivered, and there is a lack of clear communication or efforts to rectify the problem.

The product (Samsung charger) is great, the price was the cheapest on the web and the delivery was fast. :)

my ordered arrived quite fast but there were no additional documents in the package. no invoice, no instructions, no hangtags, what i recieved can easily be used, i wouldnt know. there is not even a brand name on the products.
i had to google and find some youtube videos to learn how to use them. but because there is no brand on them i have no idea if i watched about the correct product.
i want to return the parcel, but they only accept with postnord, which is the most expensive service. i find it funny because they sent my parcel to me with the cheapest service there is. it is called instabox. why do i have to pay 3 times more to return?

Placed an order last tuesday very early in the morning before openlng hours for an item in Stock, text stated it could be shipped right away. Wednesday, afternoon still not shipped. Spoke to customer service told me order would ship later that day. Bank Holiday Thursday closed. So could not check. Monday morning, nothing, checked with costumet service item not shipped. Would be the same day, customer service very was very sorry. Tuesday, I Can see its underway. Today Wednesday, week after ordrering, items still underway 😱🤯😱

I was a bit hesitant to order from the site, due to the different reviews, but happy to confirm that I was satisfied both with their good prices and fast shipping.

I ordered an item on 4th of May. Upon enquiry, I have been informed that the item has been dispatched on 8th of May
The 15th of May, I still haven’t received the item.

Og course the payment of course has already been deducted.
