What a joke of a store

What a joke of a store! I placed an order over a month ago and was warned about slower delivery time during the crisis - that's fair enough, I did not complain. But when the order was set to 'in delivery' for many weeks, I contacted their support to ask for an expected delivery date because I had heard nothing from them. I was told I'd be getting a refund instead because 'they don't like delayed delivery'. This was obviously a flimsy excuse for never shipping the product in the first place. They did not offer to reorder the item for me, so I wasted my time for nothing. I can't recommend this store, buy elsewhere.

Edit: As mentioned the item was listed as dispatched for weeks on my account. On top of that, I had to contact you for further information, which makes being told that the refund was issued due to 'disliking delayed deliveries' disingenuous, or else I would have been refunded quicker than 4+ weeks after payment. That is the disservice you did me; my time was wasted.

Teknistore doesn’t hand over item to courier, refuses to refund & withholds customer service due to review - avoid this website

Update: 6 weeks ago since supposed shipping 13/4. Package not received. No refund granted by Teknistore. Tracking status unchanged (package not handed to UPS).

Update: today a month ago since supposed shipping. Courier UPS confirmed once more the item was not handed to them, meaning it never left Teknistore’s warehouse. Teknistore refuses to investigate or refund (cost item incl. shipping GBP 383,04). I filed a dispute claim with my bank to recover funds, and will file criminal charges against this store with the HK cyber crime office as I suspect this is a scam and the matter should be investigated appropriately.

Update: Teknistore‘s response to this review once again doesn’t address the facts which I’ve evidenced (i.e. item isn’t in transit because it wasn’t delivered to courier UPS‘ facility). I’ve asked Teknistore to contact UPS twice, but so far no luck.

Important update: since I posted this review Teknistore (i) reported the review to Trustpilot for investigation, and (ii) emailed me to relay that they will not further assist me until I remove the feedback, which I feel is unprofessional and coersive. Below I copy paste their email for reference as I feel it is important you have visibility on how this company operates and deals with feedback, so that you can make an informed decision on whether you want to engage with it:

We are always friendly and available to reply to all email and provide more details possible but we can't provide support with negative feedback posted.

We would ask you to remove the negative feedback contact us again. We'll be happy to conitnue to help you.

Most horrendous customer service I have experienced in retail. On 11/4 I ordered a walkingpad (Incl. fast shipping = 5-8 business days, GBP 383,04). According to Teknistore’s website it was shipped on 13/4 (i.e. delivery by 23/4, taking into account Easter). I received a tracking link (17track.net) only on 21/4 which, until 27/4, showed as status that the reference couldn’t be found. Since then the status is “item in transit” (note from Germany to UK, i.e short distance European shipment). If you click on the reference UPS’s website shows that on 28/4 a label was created in Germany but the item has not been received at UPS’s facility (as confirmed by UPS per email on 4/5, which email I’ve forwarded to Teknistore). Today (7/5) the item is 14 days overdue.

In the many emails exchanged between Teknistore and myself during above period their response has been the same as listed in other reviews (follow the tracking link/ it’s updated by the courier directly not by us/ the package is in transit and will be delivered to your country). Not once have they responded to the fact that courier UPS confirmed in writing that the package was not received at their facility. As per UPS’s guidance I’ve asked Teknistore to contact UPS directly to investigate if they feel that it was delivered to UPS. Though Teknistore has been in contact daily, they ignore the request to investigate the situation and refuse to address above facts, unfortunately rendering the communication useless.

On 6/5 I informed Teknistore that if I don’t receive a meaningful update on shipping today (7/5) or confirmation that I will receive a full refund (as requested as an alternative), I will start a procedure with my bank’s recovery scheme to recover the payment from them. Though again they have been in contact with the same templated response, no meaningful update has been provided nor confirmation of a refund, so I will start the procedure tomorrow.

I strongly advice against ordering from this website on the basis that the complaints around shipping - as voiced in these reviews - are all very similar. I doubt the sincerity of the many good reviews.

There's been absolutely no update to the tracking whatsoever, no response from Teknistore at all when I try to contact them about this. If you care about your customers you need to value that they paid for your item and paid more money for faster shipping, at least tell me whats going on. I don't even want the product anymore I just want a refund if anyone is reading this. Please

the provided tracking number shows that Canada Post did not receive the parcel at all, which means you guys didn't even send anything out.

Bad service

Worse experience. Paid for fast shipping. (5 to 8 days) 8 days later asked for tracking info. The replied that soon they will pack my things. They offered refund in case i dont want to wait. I asked for refund because got those things from other shop in 2 days. but they still shipped things out days later. Now its been a 1 month. And to my requests to refund they keep answering that shipment on way. Nothing they can do. So much for fast delivery.

Unsuccessful purchase but I've got my money back

My order hasn't been processed for 5 days, so I have decided to cancel it.
Team responded to my request promptly. Full amount has been refunded to my PayPal account after 3 days.

I might use them again for things that aren't needed right away.

I was a bit apprehensive, but now I'm a Teknistore believer

I was a bit apprehensive in buying from them, especially since it was a product that I couldn't find in stock anywhere else. The delivery took a loong time (not their fault with the corona outbreak), but they came through in the end. Communication could've been a bit better, but in general, fantastic.

Lost in Courier. Promised full refund, No tracking available.....!!!

After checking their home page I gained the confidence to order Blackview 9600 cell phone. Paid by credit card amount of 326.98,-Euro including shipment to Turkey. It was shipped on 09.Jan.2019. When it arrived to the country custom contacted me about the content. I realized that sim card operated devices such as cell phones are banned to import into the country. So, after a long procedures and waiting time in the custom. Turkish Custom send the phone back to the Teknistore. Since then I have been in contact with the company. However they promised full refund upon they receive the cell phone. Which is fair enough and understanable. I waited, waited and waited. In the mean time their customer service was very kind and helpful. All they said; they opened ticket after ticket for the case. It has been almost ONE YEAR passed since it was sent back to the seller. They choose the courier, We have tracking number which clearly shows that it has been send back on 22.March.2019.
No news, No information, No refund.. Nobody knows where is the parcel. I am very dissapointed with such outcome.
