Teksavvy-The BEST

Teksavvy is the best internet service in Canada. The prices are excellent value and the service is excellent. They actually answer the phone! And they will fix the problem, too!

The service overall is great except as specified above

The service overall is great, however I am still having issues with the PVR setup. Tremendous amount of issues in trying to fast forward in the PVR recorded programs. As well as the problem concerning only wanting to record the 6;00 pm CTV news but forced to record all of the days CTV news programs which takes all lot of the 100 hour total recording time.

Great service

I left TekSavvy after years of service for what I thought was a better deal. Well, a few months later I was back with TekSavvy. Customer service will try and go out of their way to work with you for any issues you are having.

TekSavvy fan for life!

I've been a TekSavvy customer for several years now, and I have loved every minute. My internet service has always been incredibly reliable.

I have called them only a handful of times over these many years, including about a month ago, and a) always reached a person in a reasonable amount of time b) have received exceptional assistance every time, even when it turned out my issue wasn't with one of their products, they still helped me with it.

I love their transparency about rising prices, I love that they haven't forced me onto a new plan even though mine is archived. I adore their activism on behalf of Canadians, standing up against the monopoly. I am a big fan!

Helpful customer service

Helpful customer service. They were able to save me a lot on my monthly bill. We had to complain that our bill was high, but they did say we are a customer for over 20 years and gave us the special price that was advertised.

Teksavvy works!!

Teksavvy works!!! The only trouble with outage has always been because I use Rogers lines. I live in a highrise apt. building and once a Rogers service tech disconnected me by mistake. I booked a repair for after work hours but the tech didn't show up, so I had to take time off work to get a repair. All due to Rogers, not Teksavvy. Then there was the Rogers meltdown some time back, but everyone knows about that. Teksavvy staff are responsive and helpful when I contact them for any assistance, which doesn't happen often. This review covers my experiences over years of service, not a specific date.
