Customer service was top notch beginning to end...only thing that soured the experience was being asked for an additional $30 for a 5 minute demo. Lose the surcharge fellas and just do your job.

I purchased the Ninebox max about 2 weeks back and I love it. The curbside pick-up process was seamlessly executed by Leo. This is my first electric scooter, and Leo was very informative about the nine-box max upon pick up.

I set up the scooter in the parking lot beside the curbside pick location, and I was having some issues with the initial setup. Leo was helping another customer at the time, but once he was done, he came over to help me set up.

Overall I am very satisfied with the service and the product. Thank you, Leo and TekTrendy. :)

The service I received at TekTrendy was top-notch, both via email and in person. They answered all of my questions and any concerns I had in a timely manner. Their website is also great at providing the type of detail that is helpful when making a purchase of this type of product. The information provided helped me to make my mind up about buying a scooter, and the Xiamoi M365 Pro 2 in particular, and the team filled out a few additional questions through the responses back to me.

I bought the ES Commute and this scooter is great. I’ve been riding it ever since I’ve got it and would recommend any one who is looking for an affordable reliable scooter to buy this one. Along with the scooter being great they have great customer service.

Around a few months ago, I began doing my research in regards to purchasing an e-scooter for myself to use for various purposes, including in between transit trips going to/from work and also simply to explore the city on leisurely rides. I came across TekTrendy's site and saw that they carried the scooter I wanted to buy (Segway Ninebot Max). Upon looking at the reviews, I was very satisfied after seeing many happy customers describe their experiences with their purchases and also with any support needed. I believe in supporting local businesses in the city so without no hesitation I ordered the Segway NInebot Max from TekTrendy's site and chose the curbside pickup option as I wasn't too far away and there was a promotion to get a free scooter storage bag for accessories if you picked it up. I called TekTrendy on the same day that I ordered the scooter to advise then that I would not be able to pickup my scooter on the same day (a Friday) and Leo advised me that he would find some time during the next day (Saturday) to workout a pickup time for me. Upon arrival for curbside pickup, the communication with Leo was very fast and efficient. Leo was very professional and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the scooter and answered all the questions I had. He had also shown me some extra accessories available for my scooter and I purchased them as well. Leo explained the setup procedures for the scooter and told me about simple maintenance tips that would prolong the life and battery of the Segway Ninebot Max. The box was much bigger than what I expected but Leo helped me put it in the car in a proper and safe position. Overall, I am very happy to have purchased my scooter here as I have had a great experience with the knowledge and support that Leo and TekTrendy continue to provide long after my purchase. I consistently refer friends, family, colleagues and anyone else who is interested in purchasing an e-scooter for the first time to check out TekTrendy as they will not be disappointed. Who needs a fancy retail space when we are buying on line. They delivered a great product at a great price. I bought 5 scooters and will likely get a few others. They also wisely promoted their other tech products during the sale and I bought a few of those as well. The delivery of the the product was tight.
