I bought a gift-card and the gifted girl nor me never received it :( I contacted to their customer service and still never got an answer & asked via IG and they said they could not reall help and the customer service still hasn't said nothing. REALLY POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE - the Birthay surprise is long gone and they have 25€ from me :(

I have ordered twice and both times I have had a good experience. Very nice fabrics and reasonably fast shipping and delivery.

Fabric is nice, doesn't quilt up too much, nice colour, washed out a fair bit in first wash, though. Golden dots held, however.

Trader is fine, customer service is at times a bit snooty, but wares arrive securely within a fair time window.

We ordered different things, one of the items had a long delivery time and therefore the whole order was late. After 1,5 week waiting they let us know that they even didn't have this item so the waiting was for nothing so it took nearly 3 weeks until it arrived. They offered free delivery on the next order, that was kind but I would preferred to have it sooner in separate deliveries.

The on line store is great, variety, quality of frabrics and price.BUT shipment via DHL parcel us a nightmare!!!! almost a month to get my package, they deliver w/o warning ,the schedule a day and do not show up.I even send a complain letter to your company.The Customer Help contact(Gerardo) was amazing and helped me very much but is very little he can do when problem is with the shipping company you use.I would like to have other shipping options,even if more expensive.I am waiting for other options to do my fist purchase or recomend it to friends.Thanks

DANSK: Åh - jeg ser at jeg har anmeldt på dansk før: telas.es er et godt firma at køb stof fra. Service er rigtig god og man kan få sendt stofprøver så man kan evaluere stoffet før man køber. De har rigeligt fortjent de 5 stjerner.
ENGLISH: This website is brilliant for buying fabric on the net. Their quality/price is excellent, super service and you can get samples before you spend money on the real thing.
