Poor service and dishonest pricing
Just called to buy one of the telecare pendants which is showing on the website from £15 a month only to be told that the prices are incorrect on the website £108 for the first 3 months then an additional £73 every 3 months after. Apparently the website prices are wrong and need updating. This seems very unprofessional and misleading to customers.

Easy to arrange
Easy to arrange, quick delivery. Setup was a little more complicated than advertised, as wasn’t just a matter of plugging in the box. The customer service team were however very helpful when contacted! The setup took about an hour but then worked very well,

Absolutely brilliant
We were considering care options for my 90 year old mum. Although she is very independent, her mobility is very restricted and she’s had a few falls. I spoke to our local council and they suggested Telecare 24.
For only £229 a year we now have peace of mind that if mum falls or has an emergency Telecare 24 will quickly contact us
This was so easy to order and set up, allowing mum to keep her independence
