I bought a Poly Voyager Focus 2 from that company and when I got the cargo I noticed that there was a fabric cosmetic fault at the one side, sticker was damaged from behind it. Directly I contacted with company and it was not in my first touch but in second attempt (next day) they have directly started to return process and I received my set without any issue in one week.
