Terrible customer service. Money lost

The customer service is terrible and they are of no help when there is an issue. The flowers were said to be “delivered” however they were handed to someone else and person it was intended for never received the flowers. They also showed no picture of such delivery. I do not recommend taking any chances with them, better to keep your money rather than lose it.

So disappointing!

Last week I received a bouquet as a thank you gift from a friend. I thanked her but could not bring myself to tell her what a disappointment the bouquet was. From the package I understand it was delivered within 24 hours but flowers without water wilt and die. There was 1 hydrangea head (wilted) a sprig of lovely red oak-like leaves, 3 small sprigs of eucalyptus, two pieces of dead grass and 1 dead astilbe. I contacted euro florist four times attaching photos and received a standard response saying they would respond a.s.a.p. Nothing! No comment, no reply. I might have given them 2 stars as the delivery was prompt but the lack of customer service to my emails reduces this meagre score to one star!

I have ordered some flowers to be…

I have ordered some flowers to be delivered on the 21 sept and have already written a review but has been deleted . Flowers that were delivered were either dead or not the bouquet pitcure shown . I have written twice to them for a refund and have not received any response . Disgusting florist do not use them at all !

Ordered same-day delivery on Sunday morning. Now is Tuesday afternoon and flowers haven't arrived. Sent 3 emails in 2 days and there have been no replies at all. Is this a scam? Now I just want a refund. Please follow up.

Failure to deliver due to insufficient florist partners in France

Although ordered in plenty of time they were not able to deliver until 5 day later 24 August. Apparently due to staff vacation. First time in 20 year interflora has let me down.
