I sent my iPhone 12 to Telefoongigant for repair in February 2025. It's now June, and I’ve received nothing no phone, no refund.

Their team made vague promises, failed to follow up, and even threatened to file a police report after I expressed frustration over being ignored.

They claim it was shipped, but there’s no proof of delivery.

I’ve filed a complaint with ConsuWijzer and will continue with legal action. Avoid this company they’re friendly when you buy, but disappear when something goes wrong.

Terrible Experience!!!! Do Not Recommend Telefoongigant at all. I received an iPhone 13 as a gift from my parents, purchased from Telefoongigant. Just a short while after using it, the phone suddenly shut off completely. When we contacted the company to get the serial number, they promised to email it, but never followed through. Since then, they’ve been completely unresponsive, no replies to calls or messages. I took the phone to a repair shop, and was told the issue was due to a faulty battery and a broken display. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. This experience has been nothing but a headache. I do NOT recommend buying from Telefoongigant. This feels like a complete big scam poor customer service and faulty products. Stay away!

Bought an iphone 13 als nieuw. Received it with a non original screen not recognised by the ios (permanent red notice in settings). It broke after 4 weeks (the screen). Customer service to repair under warranty is slow and uncooperative. I had to send two times the phone at my expenses to their customer care, the first time it returned with a new screen obviously of the wrong size and lower quality. Its 3 months and i still do not have a phone.

I purchased an iPhone from Telefoongigant as a gift for my daughter who lives abroad. After just one week of use, the phone suddenly shut down and hasn’t turned on since. We took it to an Apple store to diagnose the issue, but they required the serial number of the phone. Unfortunately, neither the box nor the receipt from Telefoongigant had the serial number listed.

I contacted Telefoongigant by phone to request the serial number, and they said they would email it to me. It’s been over 24 hours with no response. I followed up again today, but now they’re not answering at all. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

I feel completely let down by the lack of professionalism and transparency. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially because the phone was a gift for someone living abroad and now we’re stuck with a non-functioning device and no support from the company.

This experience feels like a scam. I cannot recommend Telefoongigant to anyone and strongly advise caution if you're considering buying from them. Spend your money elsewhere where customer support actually exists and product documentation is complete.

It is good, just want to know why original Iphone cover box was not given.

The phone is in good condition and works very well.

The battery has been replaced but I get the unoriginal battery warning.

Even though I’ve chosen the “like new” option, the NFC chip doesn’t work, so I can’t use Apple Pay.

Pretty much ruined my excitement.

Bedrijf TelefoongGigant oftewel WeCell B.V houd zich niet aan het wettelijke herroeping termijn van 14 dagen, en het termijn van nogmaals 14 dagen om een product retour te sturen. Daarnaast verkopen zij defecte producten en krijg je niet de optie om deze te retourneren. De telefoon die ik heb gekocht was binnen dit termijn defect, en geen geld terug gekregen.

Company TelefoongGigant or also known as WeCell B.V does not adhere to the legal withdrawal period of 14 days, and the period of another 14 days to return a product. In addition, they sell defective products and you do not get the option to return the item. The phone I bought was defective within this period, and no money was returned.

Dit is onzin zoals ik al meerdere keren heb aangegeven. Ik heb ze in week 1 al gecontact over een retour en dit is simpelweg genegeerd, daarbij is er ook nergens een retour adres te vinden. + het feit dat ik een “als nieuw” telefoon en nieuwe batterij heb gekocht en deze defect gaat in de derde week na aanschaf. Nogmaals OPLICHTERS

I already contacted them in week 1 about a return and this was simply ignored, and there is also no return address to be found anywhere. + the fact that I bought a "as new" phone and “new battery” and it breaks in the third week after purchase. Once again, SCAMMERS

FRAUD ALERT: I've ordered an iPhone in october, which I've returned a couple of days after because of unsatisfying quality. The returned was acknowledged almost 2 months after (after several phone calls and emails unanswered). Some more emails afterwards, I've received a credit note confirmation in the beginning of december saying I'd get my money back in 5days. One month after that (3 months after the initial order and return) I still don't have my money. I've just called the client services who told me that they are part of another company now and that they are not responsible for last years orders anymore. Call it fraud or steal in plain daylight...unbelievable, specially from the country of Interpol. And there goes another EU trade complaint

Avoid at all cost. I’ve received an iphone 12 in bad condition, returned it 1 day after. They acknowledged the return tried to force me to accept a replacement and when I asked my money back hung up. It’s been over 2 months now, after several emails sent there’s still no refund. Filling an official fraud complaint.

I ordered what was advertised as next day delivery. I waited almost a week and nothing happened, no communication, nothing. I sent a mail telling I’d go to the police if they didn’t send the phone. I got immediately a reaction telling me something similar to what I ordered was on its way. So without informing or consulting anything with me they delivered a phone with less capacity than what I ordered and on a different shape(used instead of “like new”). I mailed them and said I was happy to keep it if they refunded the difference (114€) as I paid for a better status and more capacity. They reacted saying no problem. 4 weeks further I no longer get any replies and of course did not get my money back. STAY away from this company if you appreciate your hard earned money. It’s better to pay a bit more and go with someone more reliable who takes their business seriously. If you have been scammed, report it to police. I just did.

Maybe they're having trouble over there with staff or whatever, but I'm not happy with customer service after I had to return the phone. Been waiting for a reply for over a month. Almost impossible to get in touch with them and am worried I am never getting a new phone and/or money back with the way this is going.
