Bad experience of smart TV

I had bought 2021 Telefunken 40” smart TV.
The picture and audio quality was so far Okay for a price point. TV function is very slow and tv do not responds to few remote control buttons.
All of sudden the tv display is gone.
Very frustrating experience!

THE WORST...

I would not recommend to buy one of their TVs to anybody. I recently bought a TV and some minutes after using it I noticed that the display was turning off for some milliseconds sporadically. That happened even with the start menu and as you can imagine is really annoying. So I decided to get it fixed using the warranty.

The manufacturing/service is provided from another company (Vestel) which is simply the worst company I've contacted so far.

After two weeks of sending the TV for repair they just told me they couldn't reproduce the problem and they are sending it back to me. I guess I will have the same problem when it comes back since the problem starts after some minutes of using it (I told them already) but even if they fixed it somehow having to wait more than three weeks for using your new TV is just unacceptable.

I didn't take it back to the seller because it was the last one they had and I expected a good customer service.
