At Telegenxcel, we value transparency and documented delivery. However, we will not tolerate false allegations, identity misrepresentation, or weaponization of public platforms for personal retaliation.
We would like to clarify this case in full:
• The campaign in question was a Starter Package, delivered under a service agreement that outlined all scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Documented Delivery Includes:
• 2 weeks of unpaid pre-launch campaign preparation
• 3 full weeks of active cold calling with timestamped daily and weekly performance reports
• 2 additional weeks of development including one unpaid offered outside the original scope
• A mutually agreed-upon unpaid pause, followed by a formal email resumption
• The review falsely states “only 2 weeks of calls were delivered.” This is factually incorrect, and we’ve submitted all documented evidence including 4+ weeks of reports, WhatsApp approvals, and email confirmations to Trustpilot’s legal and content integrity teams.
• Regarding the claim that “cold callers left due to lack of integrity”: this is both false and defamatory. team transitions normally occur during campaigns, having no impact on delivery. The client was informed in real time, and performance reporting continued uninterrupted.
• When a misalignment between the client’s expectations and package tier became clear (despite us delivering seller leads at 60–70% below market value), we offered a professional resolution call and strategic development plan. The client declined both.
• The $11,000 referenced was not an upsell, but a quote for a separate, customized service model based on the client targets. No payment was ever taken.
• Despite all services being fully executed and documented, the client demanded a refund and, after being declined, began posting defamatory and false reviews, initially under a false name a violation of Trustpilot’s identity and content guidelines.
• This same individual later edited their review to remove profanity after we submitted a report, clearly attempting to avoid moderation, and provided personal details only after being reported confirming this was the same individual previously using a pseudonym.
• We have also documented multiple fake accounts used to repost variations of the same review, with identical content a direct breach of Trustpilot’s policies on sockpuppeting and fake engagement.
• Contrary to the claim that we “blocked all channels,” we maintained direct communication via email throughout the engagement and only disengaged once the client began using harassing language and violating platform terms. At no point were they denied access to support during the delivery period.
All of this is supported by:
• Campaign launch and performance report emails
• Pause/resume communications
• Client refusal of development plan
• Final campaign breakdown and termination
• Review screenshots (original, fake, and revised versions)
• WhatsApp messages where the client praised our work
• The client’s LinkedIn profile and public comment contradicting private claims
Telegenxcel holds itself to the highest standard of professionalism, documentation, and integrity. We work only with aligned clients. This case has been fully submitted to Trustpilot for legal and content review, and we reserve all rights in responding to defamation and harassment under applicable law.
We will not engage further on this matter publicly. All evidence is available through the appropriate formal channels.
