Worst ever platform on the world. Made first time account and was told the one person reporting me. Was banned because chat with friends, no explanation no response no nothing. Real spam not a platform, no safe for use, total crap

Imagine that though your tutor & mentor making you do tasks they know full well you can't afford then robbing you over £1000 so they profit & you end up with nothing reported

Love a lot of features and bot infrastructure. No personal feed so app doesn't try to steal your time. Much more comfortable that WA

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Tried to delete my account and it wouldn’t let me. And no response from customer support because it wouldn’t even let me submit. Terrible app, and the people who run it are useless at their jobs. Do not get this app.

No moderation, no support. The messenger easily allows nazi content, russian content (sorry, wrote nazi content twice), literal child porn and animal torture. There's literally no moderation. Oh, and forced stories and paid features, with constant spam messages. The sad thing is there's no alternatives at the moment

I have been trying to delete my account for a week and no luck. Says it'll send me a code... nothing! My current discussion with 'support' all says read, but no response!! I can't add a SS or I would show you the absolute, shockingly terrible experience. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!

I was banned by a bot for sending spam, which i have never done. I sent a request regarding a review 4 times in the telegram app and twice online via my PC. I have 3 groups whereas I am admin, I post pictures and videos to my accounts. I never allow inappropriate content or ads or requests for money. With each request to be unbanned I have never received a response or any information that shows me what or who I spammed. So I have no idea. The only thing I know IS NO ONE WILL EVER RESPOND TO YOUR QUERY. SO YOU'RE JUST LEFT HANGING WITH NO ANSWERS.

I'm a paying Telegram Premium user, and my account was suddenly suspended without warning or explanation.

I contacted support through every available channel (email, social media, in-app support), but I received no response. I also submitted refund requests via Google Play, which were rejected — proving that my subscription is still active and that Telegram continues to charge me for a service I can't access.

My account contains important chats, bots, and active groups. The lack of transparency, support, or communication from Telegram is unacceptable — especially for Premium users.

If there is no solution soon, I will escalate this to consumer protection authorities. This is a serious violation of trust and service terms.

Lol trying to make money from telegram from this active bot it a lie I made a withdraw of 250 the was early hours Monday morning and I still haven't received it lol it a lie it's a scam how could telegram allow this stuff to happen like telegram need to sort it out for real

I paid for Telegram Premium via @PremiumBot (35,990 UZS via Visa – Uzum Bank).
Telegram charged my card, but Premium wasn't activated.
I emailed, posted on X, and waited — but no response.
I demand either a refund or Premium access.
Telegram must respect paying users.

My account got hacked and I wrote to It’s support few times, still has no answers. A bad support for their users. Would not recommend!!!

I have been trialing Telegram since some months, to see if it could be a valid replacement for Whatsapp, considering the nasty and growing control monopoly by Meta and AI behind the latter. Well, it works and apparently well, despite it shares the same nasty bug of missing notifications on my OnePlus phone (but I suspect this is rather a bug of my phone). It seems to offer all useful Whatsapo features, despite less popular. But why then a bad vote ? Because not everything which shines is gold and there is always some rip-off behind everything ! Read on.

Everything was going smoothly until the other day when... I noticed an unwanted spam message in my chat list, by an unknown job-offering lady from an asian country. Even here ????? I freaked out. How could it be, that somebody who is not in my contact list was allowed to bother me ?? Very annoyed, I ran to the Settings to look for any option I may have overlooked or missed, to prevent being spammed by people not in my address book. Oh ! Yes there was such an option indeed but... it is only available to Premium users !!!!! People, do you see how Telegram.org plans to earn money now ??? Very smart !!!! Evil !!!

It goes without saying that I tried to get help, just to make sure I really hadn't overlooked something, but to no avail. There is no way to contact them for help, they hide (as usual) behind a bureaucracy which is worse than if I had to contact the Government !!!! There was just a chat line of volounteers, I tried to post a message there, but nobody ever replied. Of course.

Oh well. I think I will stop using it completely, or I will get the pirated Premium unlocked version (at my own risk of it being malware).

Criminal activity

I turned to telegram inorder to get support for a crypto presale where the transfer went wrong.
When registering to the channel, there were several profiles representing themselves as customer support. O didn't go with any of these, they all asked me to give my seedphrase for my wallet. I was getting stressed and this guy resa seemed to be willing to help, well have me a link to reset my account to reload all crypto. Stupid of me I believed him and even more stupidly I entered my seed phrase at the website. After 15 min my wallet was emptied, he claimed that I had entered a contract by pressing the button on website twice. No contract agreement in wallet though. Asked to have 0.1 eth added to the account on order to make a full reset and have the wallet replenished.... I never thought that telegram would be so loaded with scammers. My mistake.

Awful team. I've been trying to report a channel that scams people for months, they don't care at all.

The experience on telegram web is low...it does not sends messages,or recives often,it lags,has bugs

I should avoid using Rich dog at Tg or everything from tg.I bought 1400 Rich dog coins and its all gone after two months . All the channels in Tg will not release the coins you buy from them and eventually all wiill be hacked by whom(?). it s a big no when they provide you their own wallet to stake too. they used to provide a chat support and its already gone with my coins. Same with Spell wallet and Hipo.

While i still have my number someone managed to add their email and activate the 02 step authentication blocking me out. Now my account is hacked someone else is using it with that email while i am unable to use it via my NUMBER !
