People don't use this messaging service. Once you have trouble with them they limit you and they never get back to you. This service is a window to being scammed by imposters and they never help resolve the issues. Please consider using a different messaging app. I paid for a premium membership and had major identity theft which I had changed my phone number and they wouldn't transfer it. When considering messaging apps don't choose this one.

I would not recommend telegram. Because it’s the biggest app for scammers to scam people. This app should be taken down. Too many people claiming they are a celebrity. This app is ridiculous.

A young lady I met on Telegram introduced me to trading in a platform I had never heard about and convinced me to transfer some money in there, which I did. Long story short, she disappeared after I had lost over forty thousand pounds. Even after sending mails to Telegram and my bank about the case, they ignored me. It was the firm that I have on my profile image that made sure I got a better part of my money back. Trustpilot will not allow me post their name here because of their policy, that is why it is there instead.

Blocked my number for no reason I sent over 100 message to support to solve it with no response. The worst app ever I never recommend it to anybody. My whole work got destroyed cause of you banned my number.

Telegram has had my request to delete my account since October, they have read the request because I have that verification, they have not deleted said account, they will not respond to me and I can't even delete the account myself unless I am inactive for at least a month, or at least it says I can. HOWEVER I have not used the app since late Sept. when I started getting TEXT MESSAGES STRAIGHT TO MY PHONE, not the app. I block the numbers without responding but its getting worse not better! This app is advertised as safe and secure. It's anything BUT secure! DON'T USE THIS APP, and for damn sure don't let your kids use it. Your phone number is NOT secure no matter WHAT settings yo apply. This app is not my first rodeo, I've been using messenger, and other services since 1998, if there is a way around this issue I can't find it. Granted, its a fairly fun app, but not worth your security and privacy!

They banned people from using Telegram without any explanation after 5 years of use, why They're acting stupidity and unprofessionally!!!

They randomly blocking me from viewing group after joining or leaving some comments. Moderation is fully crap, users ethics is abysmal, they are worse than Reddit. Just putting some emotion on some public group you'll be for moment slapped. Never use Telegram for interacting public groups

a load of rubbish,, used it for about one month, only spoke to one person and yet suddenly find i am banned, and of course they have no online support that exists for real,, you can email them a thousand times and they will never reply .. do not bother with this app,

The telegram is the fabricator of scammers since after reporting they do not responds I re[oretd so many times and all scammers are in telegram they take money and run away and yet they continue to operate so telegram is the main fabricator

Telegram used to be a very good company and service provider, however for the last two years, it became the worst, the support team is terrible and arrogant, they don't reply to customers, they banned my number without any reason, no clarification nor even a decent respect, I have wrote them 112 emails over the past few months and I got 0 replies, how disrespectful this is?
No wonder all the comments are negative, disappointed and frustrated.

Until recently, Telegram was flawless. But, banning Russian news channels in Europe is ridiculous. What about freedom of speech? And the freedom to read other views? If you think Russian news channels are state propaganda outlets, why are you not banning the BBC, KievPost, Le Monde, etc.? Otherwise this is hypocrisy and makes me fear that Telegram might become another state-influenced platform with content that can not be trusted.

This company is horrible. Their security protocols are not worth using. I've been trying for months to get back into my original account that was compromised, and I haven't received any assistance. I’ve been trying to get in contact with support via e-mail and social media. Nobody has been able to help so far. I had to create another account just to be able to use their services again. This is extremely frustrating, especially because they clearly say they’re committed to providing secure messaging services for everybody.

Biggest piece of shit security system ever, just had all my crypto stolen because telegram couldnt alert me that someone else signed into my account.

All my channels have been deleted without violating any policy, my business is dead. thank you telegram
