I was very impressed with this software back in the days it was one of the best now you don't even get a response back, 🤬🤬🤬they are fast to get your money, so I am going to request refund from my credit card company

Do NOT buy software, they do not provide the service they claim they provide, I would like to call them fraud or scam, collecting people's money and not doing what you paid for

I can't run the app. In short, it doesn't work. Support is not responding.
Save the money. Don't buy this

Stay away from this company !

Very bad product with a lot of bugs.

Will charge you even though that you have canceled subscription.....

Customer service also very bad so all in all stay away and find another service - there are other solutions that work.

I've bought their software in April 2023.

Nothing worked properly. Their software isn't even 64bits, only 32bits.
I got a LOT of error messages, and support took ages to answer.

Then then asked me to change everything on my computer : change the language of my OS, change the keyboard, change completely the date format (not used in my country).

I took hours to make tests for them on my computer. No thank you, no sorry... Nothing. AND still not working.

I've asked them to refund on 24th of April. The day after they accepted, and we are now the 5th of June. Still nothing on my wallet.
They used excuses such as : "your wallet isn't working". Strange, I received funds on this wallet 2 days earlier.
I gave them a 2nd wallet. Same excuse.

Then a third, on another exchange.
No news from them since.

Those guys aren't serious at all.

On the website it’s clearly mentioned that if get an acount with recommended broker I’ll get a free acesss to the telegram connector,, I have an acount with that broker with maximum required deposit,, so contacted their team on telegram after 2 days I got reply,, that person was very rude and didn’t listen to me,,

I wouldn't recommend Telegram Connector , purchased the system 3 weeks ago and it never worked. Support did try to help but was very slow to answer and was only open a few hours and it was during the middle of the night for my time zone ( European time zone) so pretty difficult to work with. they were also not very pleasant at some point. I am part of a group of traders and quite a few of us had issue with their copier. I guess it can work for some but there is much better systems out there for the same price

Purchased this and installation support on 11th Dec 2022. 5 days later still no response to installation requests and support requests via email. Really terrible service. I've cancelled subscription and recommend you avoid.

Absolute garbage app that does not work. So many bugs and seller is slow at responding. Lost so much with this. Stay away and go to better apps like Telegram Signal Copier which has five stars not three like this one.

The customer service is fast and great, the actual software is nice with a lot of functionnality but there is A LOT of stability issues, keeps getting disconnected even tho everything is setup well, stop working mid day for no reason etc and the updated version isn't even connecting to server

Certainly, the must-have Telegram connector that we need. It has all the settings required to automate and even more to plan those trades.

I had some issues initially but Keajy from TC support was very patient in handling my frustration through Telegram and solved everything through AnyDesk.

There were some connection issues with various VPS but finally got to know that there was a missed settings problem.

Suggestion: Please include more tutorials that focus on all the little details of the software. Adding voice would be better too.

I will keep updating this review as I use it more.

Update - It doesn't take some trades randomly after many orders were automated smoothly and support has termed it as a "glitch". Hoping to solve those glitches.

This is by far the best telegram copier with an amazing support. I had a very bad experience with other providers and I’m so glad I found this software.

Hey guys, DON'T listen to this stupid idi****s saying the connector is bad, and complaining about customer support.

I come from altsignals group/community and so far i'm not a cheapster either, coz i bought the LIFETIME package/plan off the connector, so i have AUTHORITY to speak here.

And let me tell you: This connector was among one of the best investments i made in 2020-2021 in regards to trading !

It works PERFECTLY !
It copies the trades PERFECTLY with the risk management based on % off balance which is something that I SIMPLY LOVE, specially on BTCUSD asset on FOREX, because we all know that MOST risk manager EAs out there, even those coded by so called '' experts '' from the mql marketplace, they don't calculate the lot sizes CORRECTLY for the BTCUSD pair/asset, on forex !

But THIS GUYS ea / system do !
If i put risk of 5%
That's EXACTLY what i get when i lose a trade or when i win a trade with 1 x 1 reward !

I been running it for OVER A WEEK so far and absolutely NO ISSUES, the copier is simply THE SMOOTHEST copier program i could have ever found.

And i'm copying signals from my trading view indicator successfully through web-hooks + this copier system from telegram connector
and so far it's working like a CHARM

So don't listen to this haters talking negativity here coz this connector IS THE BEST YOU CAN GET.

And don''t be a cheapster as well.
Go for the LIFETIME package/plan LIKE ME and enjoy the full benefits that the copier can bring
As long as you have a SOLID signals system like mine behind it.

Telegram connector is a really good piece of software and their customer service is great .They are always available to help explain things to you on telegram message. it executes trades very well and has a lot of features that help you to customize telegram trading signals to your liking . It enables you to make your entries , take full or partial profits , and move your stop loss when and where you like and which trades to ignore . I am very happy with the service as it allows me to carry on with my day job whilst the trades run automatically . i recently ( after a couple of months of monthly subscriptions ) saw its value and upgraded to a lifetime one off subscription . a very good investment !!!

Best system in the world not even close, responds to all questions in a timely manner couldn’t ask for anything better.
