Thank you for your feedback! The only charge we apply is a minimal transaction fee. Some of the operators to whom you send recharges could also charge a VAT, but unfortunately that is something we cannot control, as we have no control over the rate exchange, that is also imposed by the local operator.

The system does not allow you to make a call even there is enough money in the account by sending this message that "you don't have enough credits to make this call".

Hello,
Depending on the destination you wish to reach, the system allows the call or not.
If there is enough balance to place a call to a destination, then the system will provide the message with the available number of minutes and the party will be reached, if not, then you will be prompted to buy more credit. You cannot place a call if your credit cannot cover a one minute call to the desired destination.
