I am giving them 5 stars not because I had no issues , but rather for their handling of the situation. Short story......I ordered something and they communicated throughout the shipping process until one day I was to get delivery. That did not happen and this started the long back and forth emails. I will note that I never demeaned them and they never demeaned me. After several back and forth emails basically telling me I received the item I ordered.....I made my final complaint that with all the tracking numbers given me the post office stated that none of those numbers were in their system. Fast forward to the next day.....my credit card company sent me an email that Telescopet credit my card for a full refund. I thank them for their handling of my issue

payed, but NEVER received the package. It is stuck by my postoffice they tell me, very poor conversations with Telescopet...the same mails over and over again, asked for refund, they will NOT do that, so they are thieves , collect my money but no delivery. payed $50.77
