payed and not receive item
I have ordered an item on 04.april, payed for it over 200 euro, and they said not in stock, very high demand we will receive item in 30days. and after 30 days it was same message. now it is 02 june (2 months after i payed) and still no receive the item.
NO EMAIL! i had to ask them and always same answer (sorry due to high demand we do not have stock. your product has been ordered from factory)
last email i got with a tracking number but when i put on DHL website it says it does not exist! probably teleshop.ch is a scam site.

I placed an order on the 24 June and…
I placed an order on the 24 June and still have not received it. I sent numerous emails to the asking for an update or some indication of what was happening and now their website server cannot be reach. I feel like in have been conned!!!

Teleshop, not respecting delivery time and not answering emails
Delivery time of 3-4 days not respected. I received a message saying that:
''At least one of the items you ordered is currently sold out due to the high demand and delivery difficulties of our supplier. We will receive the delivery in the coming days and will of course ship your order immediately.''
This was for a Christmas present. so was not so a cool experience. but what I hate the most about Teleshop is that they do not update on the website the delivery time, and still pretending that you get your items in 3-4 workings days. And not an proper answer by email just an automatic message generated to apologise for the delay
