Not a scam, it does work well
I use televzr and my only complaint is they don't answer emails promptly.
This is why I only gave them 4 stars....
I just bought a second computer and bought the lifetime subscription for that one too. Works great!
However, my first computer now tells me after 6 months I need to pay again after my purchase of a lifetime prescription on that one! They answered one email telling me to send them a screenshot of my screen but never a reply. I shouldn't have to pay again.
However, it's does a great job with downloading videos, movies and music but I would use a prepaid card to purchase this product if I were you.

Wont download anything
Wont download anything. Used to work but now nothing. Someone said uninstall and reinstall. Did the uninstall and when you go back to the page to download current version the webpage doesn't exist. It will let you go to the pay for download page but if you already have paid and just want to download then no joy.
Very disappointing after paying for Pro and not working.

I had a problem when I first paid for this product. And thought bad things about it. I ever emailed them asking if they were a scam because I paid and couldn't get the downloads.. The only neg thing is they have no phone number to reach them. Only email which isn't that great. It took me a while to realize what I was doing wrong and it's great now. I surely give this site a thumbs up. definitly not a scam! Works great!!

Scam subscription
Like the previous poster, I found the app didn't do what it said it would. I followed the instructions to request my subscription be cancelled, but they have continued to charge me for two months in a row, even though I emailed each time. I will have to contact my bank and change the card number, which is a huge hassle. Very disappointing.
