So bad it should be illegal
Absolutely terrible. We waited 1,5 h months before they connected internet at our home blaming us for delays and making me spend hours on customer service. And they still wanted us to pay for that period. Customer service workers are mostly kind but unable to fix anything that isn't connected with us paying more money. Billing is also unclear sometimes. Impossible to call customer help at times.

Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst. Trying to scam me when though I clearly state I want only basic internet he add 99 NOK TV packaged. He even ads 12 months lock in without giving me notice.
Can't even spell my name right even though I back read letter by letter. Calling back to fix all faults takes 40 minutes.

Takes time, but they do respond
They don't respond to your complaints.
They don't care about you as a customer.
Very disappointed
EDIT: After some time and almost a month of waiting I was contacted by the customer service and resolved the issue.
5 stars for following up and not leaving the issue hanging
