I’ve lived overseas for 14 years and until now, maintaining reliable access to my financial accounts has been an ongoing challenge. Using Tello has completely changed that.
The process to purchase and connect to my eSIM was incredibly simple. I chose the pay-as-you-go option which is not only flexible but surprisingly affordable. Within minutes everything was set up and working seamlessly.
What makes this service stand out is that this is not a VoIP number that banks reject for authentication. This is a real mobile line that runs on the T-Mobile network which means banks, the IRS, Paypal and credit card companies recognize it as a valid number with zero issues.
For the first time in over a decade, I now have consistent, reliable access to all of my essential service .... my banks, the IRS, my credit card ect. without stress or complications. This company has truly been a lifesaver.

Tello is an excellent budget-friendly mobile virtual network operator that offers a lot of great features that the big guys don't offer. The only thing that I would improve is to include taxes and fees and add domestic roaming. If you're on a budget or just want a simple plan that you can customize to your liking, then I highly recommend Tello.
I have been with Tello since 5/21. (Just found out the date while talking to a rep tonight.) I'm 81. I've been online since 1992. Had an AOL account. So if experience means anything, I've dealt with 100s of companies.
Tello is without a doubt the best company I've encountered in all these years. There's no baloney and my initial experience was with folks in Romania. And though a second language, their reps speak the best (jargon-free) English I've heard. And I was an editor and writer for 30 years.
The price can't be beat nor can the reliability of their service. I worry that, like my credit union, they'll start advertising on TV and the quality will be diminished. Until then, don't choose any other carrier!
The customer service by Johyse was amazing.
She was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient walking me through my new account setup.
I had lots of questions and a few tech issues which she handled easily and got me setup with my new phone #.
I hope to be a long time customer with Tello.

It wasn't easy to connect with the right person to talk with, but once I passed that, the agent who took care of me was great. She was patient, very knowledgeable, and left me with the feeling that she would do right by me whatever it took. I have always found the people I dealt with at Tello exceptional, and she certainly kept to the same high standards.

I got my Tello account today and ported from Xfinity. Got small issue trying to figure out how to disable old service with comcast. Called Tello customer service and spoke to Lucas who was super helpful and resolved all my technical questions. Best customer service ever, very quick and competent. Highly recommend!

This company is cheap with their service but their service is crap. And there's never anyone available to help you in customer service when you need it. I switched from Tello to visible. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It doesn't matter how much Telo rots me and apologizes for the crappy service. This is not a good cell phone company.

I use Tello as an eSim on my iPhone in India. It felt so awesome when it perfectly worked over WiFi for calls and texts. Esp OTP senders respected the number and that was a huge relief. The kicker was when I did not have WiFi the Tello eSim would piggy-back from my local sim's mobile data. This is really helping my US business immensely.
