I don't recommend Tellow. I was their client in 2023. Not only they used the wrong form and now I can't normally submit my tax form from that time, but they still haven't deleted me from their mail list, and I still get emails from them.

I’ve been a Tellow customer since 2022 with a Plus subscription, using their services for invoicing, banking, and handling my company’s taxes. Unfortunately, after a full year of using their platform, I’m very disappointed with how they’ve handled a major issue with my account balance.

On the homepage, there’s a green box that shows how much money you have in your account, followed by a line that subtracts the VAT return you owe for the next quarter. However, for over a year now, Tellow has been showing me a huge negative balance. The system seems to be adding up all my VAT returns quarter after quarter, as if I never paid them, even though I did, through my Tellow bank account. Last year, I was hoping that starting a new tax year would clear the accumulative error, but no, now it’s adding the “unpaid” quarters from last year plus the new quarters of 2025.

I reached out to their support team last year, and instead of investigating properly, they simply told me it wasn’t an error on their side and claimed that several VAT payments were missing. That’s simply not true, I’ve made all the payments through their own system. Over time, I stopped asking for help through the support page because responses now take days to arrive, and when they do, they’re rarely helpful.

After so much time and zero resolution, it’s hard to trust their platform’s accuracy. It’s frustrating to see wrong financial data affecting how I manage my business. I expected better service and accountability after being a paying customer for so long.

To make things worse, the mobile app takes forever to load, even though I’m using a brand-new flagship smartphone. At this point, I’ve decided to move to another provider next year.

They staff at Tellow offer real professional and persistent assistance. They constantly offer feedback on items pertaining to both VAT and Income tax assessments via email or phone calls if necessary. They are always available for a phone call and will follow up a query if they were not able to take a call. Li and Chiara were exceptional in their assistance with my Income tax assessments and showed a level of professionalism and care I had not experienced from other bookkeepers. I would recommend this service to anyone and already have told some friends to try their service.

It's easy to use and with a lot of support from the people from tellow every time you need them.

Absolutely worth their money! Making accounting not necessarily a joy but so easy that I don't mind it anymore! The support is always available and quick to respond, I have nothing to complain about!

Tellow has a great app and service. I have been with them for a few years and they always take care of everything in a very professional and timely way. I recommend them 100%.

As always, Tellow support surprises me with their response speed, quality, and generally very friendly and helpful approach!

Tellow is a very good bookkeeping company that always takes care of my business bookkeeping, and always prepare my taxes on time and the most sweetest part of tellow company is the customer service they are always helping and they dont waste time to pick your calls or respond to your emails. I love that when i hv a complain that they always comnes with a nice solutions. i hv as well refered two of my friends to tellow company and they are happy using it. i am not worried about my company bookeeping because Tellow got me Covered. i think tellow deserves more than 5 star ratings
