I am thoroughly enjoying Telus. I love the way they give you opportunities to try to get better percentage rates. They are always answering my questions when I have them. And they are very prompt.

the app works, interest rate is competitive.
I also like that it is very easy and quick to put money in and to take out when you need it.

I have changed my bank account so the current one I have listed as a funding account is no longer good. At this current time you cannot simply just change your funding account. You have to withdraw all your money, then change the funding account.

Fairly new user here for the last 2 months. I love the app so far for its high interest rate. I like seeing my interest post to my account daily. Customer service has always responded the next business day. I've had no issues with them and they have even gone above and beyond sometimes. The one issue I have is I really really wish they would add the option to switch linked banks. Some financial institutions are proving to be untrustworthy right now and I don't feel comfortable transferring my funds back to them. Please consider this an option, Tellus! Other than that I continue to use this app for my emergency fund savings and recommend to friends and family. Currently I'm getting 6-6.10% APY with no lockups other than the aforementioned issue. There were also multiple boosts which allowed me to get 7-7.5% APY on my money for weeks. Thank you for being a great app!

Won't respond to chat, email or instagram message. No communication. Seems like a scam. Can deposit unlimited but can't withdraw.

I researched this company and I am making money daily. Banks cannot touch the APY I'm making through Tellus. I recommend this to anyone.

I thought I would give this app a try since they promised high yield interest. However, everything that glitters isn't always gold and you can't get something for nothing. After making my initial deposit, I tried making another one and I kept getting an error saying there was an problem with my transfer. So I tried to talk to customer service but they kept giving me the runaround. I called the bank they are connected with, Sunwest Bank, to report them.

After that, they told me that they would return my money back to my linked account and then I can close my Tellus account. I am getting out while the gettin' is good.

Exercise caution and do not fall for this. They are connected with the housing market (which is why they can offer 4-5% APY) and if the housing market dries up, you can lose your money. It's a investment site, not a bank, and not FDIC insured.

Loved everything about using Tellus so far. The ux design is simple and the company is straightforward about the risks they are taking

This app was referred to me by a closed friend and it’s really amazing how easy you can use it, making deposits or doing withdrawals. Besides, the boosts and the rates are incredible.

Tellus has been great and is a legit high yield savings account that is quite often increasing its interest rate and improving its app/service. The only downfall is that it is not FDIC insured, but Tellus has been very good with deposits and withdraws.

Easy to use and very fair APY. Sometimes it takes a while for money to be available after deposit.

I have been using Tellus for over a year now, easy to navigate. Customer service (text via app) us quick to respond. Great interest rate too
