Hi have ordered my Iphone two weeks ago and it still has not arrived. Customer service is not picking up, i write an email a day with no response. It looks like a scam company to me. I understand that these are difficult times, but any other delivery companies does not seem to struggle to communicate or deliver on a timely basis. Very disappointing.

Now am worried that I have lost my money.

The screen of the 256 GB iPhone X was not an original Apple screen which was never mentioned while buying the device. I learned about it when I took it to an Apple Store and that moment was disappointing. I've never tried the technical service but the delivery from the Netherlands to Belgium was fast after ordering the product. They reply emails after a while which is usually not helpful hence you need to send the device for a technical support. Overall, purchasing a refurbished device is a risky business from this company unless you are really sure about the quality of the product.

Never Answering the phone. You can hold on the line 20 - 30 min and continuously saying that there are 2 people in front. I had to make a return and I couldn't make it to them to ask for clarifications.

I had ordered an iPhone X late Monday evening and it was delivered to my house by Wednesday morning. The phone is in perfect condition and I was pleasantly surprised to find a screen protector and phone case included.

Replacement went well.

I bought an iPhone X 64 GB through their website, but the unit I received was a faulty one and had heating issues. I was hesitant to return it as I have read some bad reviews about this company when it comes to repairs, returns and replacement. Also take note that they do not offer free returns so you will have to shoulder it every time.

Customer service via phone is quite non-existent so it was very worrying, but I had no choice but to return it so I gave it a shot. Messaging them through e-mail with my follow-ups etc. Sometimes it takes a day or two to get a response but they do respond, so you have to be very a patient. I decided to get an upgrade on the replacement and got a 264 GB unit instead. They said they will do just that, they sent me a link for the additional payment. When everything was settled I got my phone in 2-3 days. And so far it's working very well. The unit I got was the one with visible traces of use, but it looks almost flawless with just a very few hairline scratches on the screen.

Most unit will have a tempered glass protector.

It took more than two weeks for the replacement process including the wait for return shipping, email response, some delay on my part and theirs. But as soon as they have checked the unit and got my additional payment, the shipping was fairly quick.

I am very impressed by how fast the phone was delivered. The Iphone 7 128gb itself is in brand new condition, just as advertised on the website. It comes with a lighting to audio jack adapter, and a brand new charging cable. To my suprise I didn't expect the box to include a phone case and screenprotector. However after unpacking the apple EarPods, I realized that these are not real. I compared them to the ones I already own and the butilt quality feels much cheaper. The cable's leading to the earpiece, seem be loose on both sides and the cable material doesn't feel authentic. When it comes to sound quality, there is a noticable difference to the one's I own. However all in all I am very satisfied with the phone and the condition it is in. I will surely recommend Telsite to my relatives and friends, especially as one receives two years of warranty on the product ! Thank you for the great service and have a blessed day !
