An unscrupulous company, do not treat there staff well

If you want to be exploited, then this is the company to join!
You will go to an induction course, for one day, once in the room, you will see bottles of water on the table, that is all you are going to get, forget lunch, this will not be provided! You will be given the potential earing, as you rise through the ranks, for a Regional Sales manager they will inform you that your salary will be £40,000 plus. This is a load of rubbish, as I was an Area Sales Manager, and I kept the same salary of £25,000, they ask you to train new recruits, they put you in the cheapest hotel, of which you have to pay for your own meal in the evening, now taking into account, you are there to train, to help the company, they don’t even offer you a an evening meal! I was still on the starting salary, as previously stipulated, would you really want to do this? considering which is the starting salary! After completing the induction course you will be put with an agent, for two days, to get a feel for the job! After these two day’s you are out on the field, but you have to secure two orders, to obtain your contract. If you don’t does this in the two day’s forget being paid for your effort! Once you secured your contract, you have to do two sales per day, otherwise questions will be asked, and this is a company who are ruthless, they are a hire and fire company! If you are making the grade, you will be offered promotion, title only, (NO INCREASE IN SALARY)! as the extra effort you put in, will not be rewarded with and increased remuneration! I was with the company for nine (9) months, and I never earned commission. They really showed there true colours when I disagreed with having to text people on a Sunday, and refused to go to a training event, to train new recruits, for two day’s which was five hours away, of which I was informed of, on Monday morning, no hotel arrangements, or traveling time was discussed, I think It was expected for me to do a full day’s work, and travel in my own time! When I did not agree, that was the time I saw the really ugly side of how this company, on how they exploit the people who work for this company, ON A SELF EMPLOYED BASIS! That is when I decided to leave this penny pitching, unscrupulous company! If you want to be exploited, and realistically, not be paid your worth, or your expenses , then this is the company for you! great customer service

I was having problems with connecting my new router. I contacted tel tel customer services who transferred me to their broadband engineers. Martin was great talked me through a few things on the laptop and in less than 10 min I had my internet up and running again.
Very happy with the company.

great customer service

I was having problems with internet connection. i contacted tel tel customer services who arranged a call back from their broadband enginers they where very quick in calling back (less than 30 mins). Martin was great talked me through a few things on the laptop and very quickly i had internet up and running again. very happy with the company response thank you.

FRIGHTFULL EXPERIANCE - KEEP OUT

We joined TelTel late 2015, they failed to get the price correct from day 1. Messed up all our bills since left me chasing them, just received a bill from another company CHESS communications telling me I'm with them now without advising me. Complete sham of a company, do not trust anything they say.

Potential Customers, Employees or Agencies BEWARE !!!

Our Agency has had the misfortune to work for the Shambolic company.

If you are a perspective customer considering transferring your Telephone Lines, Broadband or Energy 'BEWARE' you will probably end up being migrated to another firm without prior consent, any preferential rates you have secured may be lost in transit which will cost you disproportionate amount of of time, hassle and torment to try resolve and possibly not recover with the other outfit.

If you are considering working for this company or ANY of its subsidiaries as an employee, sales agent or agency, ' DO NOT' go there - you will be stung!

'Go4cp' part of the TELTEL group has recently gone into liquidation ( March 2016 - despite still trading online - go4cp.co.uk ), our agency along with others have not been paid for customers which we had introduced in good faith. TELTEL / Go4cp have not had any intent or decency to resolve this, evidently looking at past employees comments and reviews, this seems to be the norm.
In short: do not trade with this firm ' STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY'

Horrible service

The worst broadband provider I have met so far. They promised me 17mbs speed while I get actually about 3. So many interruptions with my line and the only thing I hear when calling them It´s not our fault. Please avoid this provider.
