Fraud Company

Dear Everyone,

I want to bring to your attention a concerning situation that I have recently faced in my previous organisation MyHistoria (TelusCare). Despite resigning in accordance with the notice period mentioned in my contract, I have not received my due salary for the period of two months.

As an employee, I believe it is crucial to be treated fairly and with respect. This unfortunate experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. It is essential for all organisations to uphold their commitment to their employees and ensure that they receive their rightful compensation.

I wanted to share my story to raise awareness and encourage others to speak out about similar experiences. It is essential that we hold companies accountable for their actions and demand fair treatment for all employees.

I would like to share my experience in this organisation. I had joined the organisation in Jan 2021 & my last day was on Sept 30 2022, till my last day August salary was not credited to me, and later he (Mr. Sanuj - Founder of the Company) told me that it would be credited with FNF settlement within 75 days.

And when the FNF email was sent to me he deducted 33000 for a course (React js) that I did only for 10-12 days for the period of Dec 2021 to Feb 2022 (3months). When I raised an issue with this he told me this is according to HR policy. But HR policy states that if i complete the course and leave the organisation immediately or within a year then I am liable to pay training cost or either I am leaving the organisation in between the course/training period.

I mentioned that I do not fall in any of these conditions because I haven’t completed the course and also he was the one who told me to stop the course since he was out sourcing that task. Even after repeatedly raising these concerns in email he is just ignoring the points and is just mentioning that I will be liable for the training cost for the entire 3 months period which makes no sense at all since I have only taken the course for maximum 10-12 days. The rest of the period I was working on other official tasks.

There is no genuine answer for this from his end, He just wants to deduct as much as amount he wants. There have been other similar situations where he tries deduct the salary by giving arbitrary reasons. He will just ignore what is your concern and will just answer that it is according to HR policy but it is actually not.

I suggest you don't work here if you want to secure your future. don't join this company and offer letter from TelUscare, myHistoria, Oxyshine ,Healthcare and iPost network. If you continue to work, you will only get frustration, the owner of this company, Mr. Sanuj, who deliberately wants to cut your salary. He always gives arbitrary reasons to deduct your salary and he would create multiple excuses for your concerns & turn a deaf ear to your problems, so better move out.

I urge all employers to take this issue seriously and ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. It is only when we work together towards creating a better and more equitable workplace that we can truly succeed.

Thank you for taking the time to read my message.

Fraud company

Fraud company. Not paying the salary to employees. I worked over there for 2 months but I didn't receive my full salary. Everytime when I asked about my salary, they gave a new date. So, don't join this company and offer letter from myHistoria, Oxyshine Healthcare and iPost network.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I went into the location in Edmonton on Parsons road and Kirk Raynor has terrible customer service skills. He couldn't care less about any of my questions or problems with service and billing issues. He is a typical employee who is sitting there for his hourly paycheck.
