IT IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered an Iphone 11 in July. I never got the phone and they have refused to return my money.

Seriously? Ordered and payed iphone months ago. No delivery and no answers at calls & mails.
And then ask us to rate your service.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered my phone over a month ago and I was given this tracking number on a dodgy website. I knew something was wrong so I kept it touch with them. they answered my emails often. The tracking website said my package was stuck in Germany so I cancelled the order but never received my money back!!! They are controlling the tracking website by giving fake updates. they are theives they keep ur money and u get no phone. stay away

This company is a scam do not buy from them.
They took my money and confirmed everything straight away before the actual purchase. Then nothing no phone, no contact, no replies just silence and £430 lost in the transaction.
It was dispatched and shows it is stuck in Berlin. Looks like they own the dispatch company so make updates themselves.

I orderd an IPhone 11 64 GB on 2 sep.

After the order, i got an order with confirmation. After that an email with shipping information.
The tracking information seems not oké. I orderded on 2 september and from 6 september till now, the tracking information is still the same, no changes.
Telwer is a scam. This people do not answer the mails and if you call them, no answer.
The tracking information, seems that they own the site where they make changes.
Telwer.com and epsslv.com, both are not oké.

I checked the source code of the site Telwer. I found a site called shopify.com
This means that the domain name Telwer.com (may be) is bought there. I contacted by chat the Shopify.com to know more information about Telwer.com. They cannot give me more information.
For me, i will use all this information to know who works with Telwer.

People who give good reviews for Telwer, are paid to do this. It could be Telwer. They can use many accounts to do this.

I order a Samsung s9 phone a month ago they said it was out for delivery with the shipper, there was a tracking no ,so I tracked the so called phone from Latvia to Riva to Brussels to Paris then nothing it just disappeared no tracker .I contacted Telwer they said because of co - vid it was taking longer and would I rather be returned the money.I said yes please ,since then nothing .do not buy from these people it is surely a scam.

I've order a Samsung s10 more than a month ago now, and at date, still no news of my phone. I was told the package got lost and a new phone will be sent right away by DHL. I asked to receive the new tracking reference, as proof of shipment and now, 11 days later, they are still not answering my emails. It started so well. The booking process was easy and I thought their customer service was good. But now, I'm convince it's just another SCAM. Be aware.

They said the phone was lost by delivery company, the promised refund never arrived so I m having to do a visa card dispute.
They don't answer emails.
I don't trust telwer.com or trustpilot.
Why does trustpilot continue their support of this scam

Ordered a refurbished Phone from Telwer. Phone never turned up and after trying to contact both telwer and the delivery company have had no other response than a generic email regarding there opening times (regardless of if i send the email in these hours).
It seems this is not a legitimate service.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE ,TOTAL SCAM ORDERED TWO PHONES TOTAL OF OVER 600 POUNDS . PHONES NEVER ARRIVED,EMAILS NEVER ANSWERED,COURIER SERVICE SCAM ALSO .DOES NOT EXIST . REPORTED THEM TO BANK FOR REFUND.SOMETHING MUST BE DONE TO STOP THIS MAN ROBBING PEOPLE!

Why is this website still open they are scammers period

DON'T BUY HERE. My phone stays in amsterdam after a month its still not here.We send alot of mails we only got one respond and now it isnt here we are really mad.

All work good but after 2 weeks the shippment stop in Zurigo and after Telwer, write to me " you Williams receive the refurbished.... after 3 weeks i don`t receive information or mail for the status.

I paid and reserved a track&trace soon afterwards. The package stopped in Dusseldorf and never arrived. They don’t reply to my emails.

Brought a phone and it got lost in transit so was in contact with someone from sales and they said a refund had been issued and should receive it within 3 days...no refund as of yet and it's been a couple of weeks so I'm in contact with my credit card company and hoping to get my money back 🤞

I paid for my phone over a month ago and the phone went missing while in transit, I was in contact with someone from sales, who said they would start the refund process and give me a 15% discount when ordering another phone. Two weeks have passed and I have no refund or phone and all of a sudden no one is replying to my emails. Have i just been robed?

Ordered phone and never recieved it I got robbed of 370 euro! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE HUGE SCAM!!!

My order never arrived nor my refund. I ordered a Samsung S10+ on July 5th 2020, then on the 8th I got an email that my shipment was on its way. Although I was surprised it was shipping from Latvia, the shipping company website showed the parcel travelling from Latvia, to Estonia, to Warsaw, through Germany, Belgium and to Lille, where it stopped. Friendly 'sales manager' emailed me to offer a refund, and when this did not clear to my card after 3 days sent me a 25% voucher code. This code worked when i tested it at Telwer checkout, but the model phone I'd ordered was now £300 more expensive. After a couple more emails, he offered to either send me a replacement via 2 day shipping or refund me the same day. The replacement didnt arrive. No answers to my emails in the last 4 days. The thing which kept me hoping, was that I had been looking at that tracking information every day, how could it have been on the move like that then vanish if this was not real. Sadly, I have now looked at the whois domain information, and the Telwer.com and shipping epsslv.com domain were registered within a day of each other. I have now reported this to my credit card to reclaim my payment.

I Ordered Apple Iphone , It was shipped latter was been told the phone is missing with shipment company. the sales manager told me the refund has been done without any official proof of the refund been made. I was told it will reflect back on my card in 3 days. Until mow my money is not back. I have write countless emails and no one is replying including the sales manager. I suggest any new client should double check before placing an order.
