I did not receive the 10 mg dose of predisone until Friday . one week after it was supposedly shipped. I paid for 3 day delivery, I received the normal delivery order of 4 mg predisone the very same Friday

Stay away from this company; There was a huge recall by the FDA on Manufacturer Zydus Pharmaceuticals for Trazodone 100mg for which I was never notified and this pharmacy provided I only found out a few days ago doing my research on the pharmaceutical company. When I attempted to place my next order days ago after 4 days it stated that my order was in process. When I reached out they told me that their website was inaccurate, they had no idea about the Recall and that my order had been canceled despite my order status stating it was approved and waiting to be filled. They never contacted me to notify me the "True Status" of my order. Buyer beware this is the latest issue that has increasingly become an issue since last March.

We appreciate your feedback. I can assure that a recalled medication will not be on a TelyRx shelf. All pharmacies nationwide receive alerts from the wholesalers that supply the medication. As a pharmacy we are able to login to the website and validate the information as well. The Trazadone 100 mg that is on recall is a product that expires end of 2026 and we do not have that lot #. As for the medication in itself, unfortunately the website will no longer reflect any SSRI or SNRI as we have made the difficult decision to take it off our formulary. We will continue to honor any refills on file for the medication. I hope this explains why you were not able to place a new order. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. I was honestly very impressed with my experience using TelyRx. The whole process was incredibly smooth and fast from start to finish. I was able to order the medication online, a doctor reviewed whether it was appropriate for me, and the pharmacy processed and shipped it very quickly. My delivery arrived within only two days, which was amazing.
I ordered progesterone due to hormonal issues and irregular periods I’ve been dealing with, and the convenience of handling everything online made a huge difference for me. The communication and updates throughout the process were clear, professional, and reassuring.
I’m still waiting for my cycle to regulate, but overall the service itself was excellent, efficient, and easy to use. This was honestly one of the best online pharmacy experiences I’ve had.
