It nothing but scam. I ordered face mask on 5-12-2020 but never give any update about my order it shows the location in Texas USA money transaction shows in Calgary. AB in Canada and tracking numbers don’t exist in any carrier.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!! I saw an advertisement and thought they were legit, and the website says they were located in the U.S. I ordered a face mask on May 2nd, its almost July 12th and I still have not received item or even an update to the tracking. The "tracking" I was sent isn't valid on any site ive checked and I've checked them all. Save your money! Support has been giving me the run around since May 23rd when I first reached out. AVOID TEMPLARAN!

Save your money. This is a scam and you'll never see your product or credit. Avoid these crooks at all costs. You'd be better throwing your money out the window.

As an active 65 year old volunteer through Lions Clubs International, I wanted a mask that was comfortable while being “Lionish”. I ordered two different patterns, three of each, for a total of six masks ($125). Four weeks after placing the order I received my masks. I love them! They are comfortable enough to wear all day, with no strain on the ears because of the way they fasten in the back. I loaned them to other volunteers at our fireworks booth (95 degree weather), and then washed them each night. I especially appreciate how there is extra room in front of my mouth. I did remove the filters, as that made the mask too hot to wear. I would order again if I wanted a different pattern, but I’m content for now. My husband ordered from a different company one week earlier than me, and he is still waiting.

Crappy and inferior product. Uncomfortable
and sloppy. From delivery received from China to trash can... A complete waste of money.

All items from China, they are not located in the US, the site is joke shipping takes months. Poor Quality, NOTHING like photos

TOTAL SCAM!!!! I really wished I came across this reviews beforehand, that’s why it’s so important to fully do your research on this websites especially during these difficult times like now. These scammers take so much pleasure preying on people. I place an order for several masks on 05/30/20 its now 7/8/20 and still haven't receive my items. The website says it take at least 3 months to get your order.Reach out several times to Templaran and I get the run around. Just like another person stated on this bad review I file a claim with PayPal all of a sudden Templaran just send me a UPS tracking expected delivery 7/11/20. Now I’m worried that these damn masks are going to be to small based on what everybody else is saying. NEVER AGAIN will I allow something like this to happen to me. I really thought this website was Legit because I got an advertising on Instagram. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH.....

NEVER order from them. I order 2 face masks on May 18th and received them on June 24th. I contacted customer service (which you can only do via email, they have no phone number) to return them because they were too small and they fed me a bunch of bs for a week. I called them out on it & they when zero-dark-thirty on me & wouldn't communicate back. So I just went ahead and sent back the products (good thing I still have the original shipping packaging), and have my fingers crossed that they will give me a refund.

Total scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.....

Just by reading all the reviews i dont need to say more...... after emails and emails and i told them i was gonna contact my bank and go after them for being a fraudulent seller, magically i got an email that my order was on its way. 2 days later i got it. Piece of garbage. Made in China with the worst materials. PIECE OF GARBAGE.

Terrible customer service. Delivery was triple the guaranteed time. Product was only fair, was small (face mask). I would not recommend this company.

Took more than a month for my mask to arrive in the mail. Only reason it arrived at all was because I disputed the claim on PayPal, and they were dodging all of my support emails. When the mask DID finally arrive, it was too small. Waste of $30.

Company is based overseas and is a total scam! Don’t place an order, they will never fulfill the order or refund. Scam, Scam, Scam!

Ordered April 29th, and it's now July 4. Still no mask. Total scam.

Today is July 3, 2020... I order my mask on March 23!!! 3 months to get 1 mask... TF?

The tracking information that they send you is false so you never know what's really happening.

The mask came in and doesn't fit. You literally have to be a child for it to fit. The quality it subpar. The design is just bad 🤦🏾‍♂️

I truly believe the only reason I got my mask got my mask is because I demanded a refund or else I would contact my congressman and the FBI.

Bad service, Bad product, Bad experience! It took a month and a half to receive the masks i ordered. They were sub par at best. The front points out like a plauge mask, and they do not fit. Way to small for anyone older than teenagers. The pictures on thier website are doctored to look impressive and then super let down when produt FINALLY arrived. They gave a tracking number in May. Then sent a appology email about delay, on the p[roduct that "supposedly" already shipped. After multiple emails to company that were all ROBO REPLIES. Product arrived end of June. And was a HUGE dissapointment to say the least. Waste of time, money, resources.

Wish I say this sight before I ordered huge crap company. If you see this before you order stop. Contested charge on my card the back charged them.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. The product online looks great but it seems to be all computer generated pictures of the items. I ordered a face mask from them and when I finally received the item after more then a month it looked nothing like the item pictured. When I asked for a refund they offered to send me a new mask or only 30% of what I paid. I had tried to contact customer service on multiple occasions and finally got a reply more then a week after the original inquiry.

Since this post I have yet to receive a refund and no further contact from the company. It's now been 3 months since the original email.

After 6 weeks of getting the run-around (order number not in system, shipping info not generated because order had not been shipped, no response besides the automated Ava asking me to fill out a form..) I finally received my order. Did not arrive as pictured, and junk quality. My advice is to shop somewhere else, like 5 Below. I will not buy again.

I ordered some time in April and now it is June still has not shipped and have heard nothing from them. Extremely poor customer service

I ordered a Single Face Mask sometime in mid May and then started reading all the negative reviews and started losing hope of receiving my order after checking the status daily and originally was sent via UPS where status showed labeled for pickup but never went beyond ready for pickup, so after several emails to the company they assured me my order would get delivered finally received it by the USPS 1 month later. So I'm taking back my negative reviews and telling everyone Templaran is legit just be patient. Realize not everyone is back at work and most telework from home I'm an essential first responder and now realize the effect COVID19 is taking especially on small businesses
